Subject: Request For Clairification of Forum Rules
Hello Robert,
Please see my comments at the end of these emails.
On 9/28/2006,
at 3:32 PM I sent the following email:
Dear
Webmaster,
I'm wondering whether the
several posts I made yesterday, the 27th are
going to be moderated.
If not, may I ask why?
I'm trying to comply with
the boards rules, and I'm seeing '0'
warnings, so I'm natural curious.

Then a couple of hours later, I sent this:
Dear
Webmaster,
I made three posts to the
Paradise Cafe topic: Zionism,
Russell was an advocate for Zionism!.
2 of them were moderated, but now the thread is marked "Closed".
I'm just wondering if it had anything to do with my last post.
I was replying to Jinnvisible.
...
I now see your final post regarding "Future topics of a political
nature".
The Paradise Cafe was the last place I looked to post in because
it is
said to be for all "non biblical discussions". I thought my topics were
very much related to the Bible, and there appears to be a lot of bible
discussion happening there.
I guess I'm a little anxious about whether I'm wasting my time
here. My
entire day yesterday is apparently lost, and now this last post may
never be seen.
Everyone here talks about learning the truth about some very
troublesome problems. Some of those problems have political roots. It
is not possible to get to the truth and simultaneously avoid
discussions which involve some reference to political
matters. After all, Satan's system is extremely political, and that is
the source of all the trouble.
Of course, this is just my opinion, but it is derived from
several
years of diligent study out of the watchful eye of the organization.
I lived the better part of my adult years as a active Witness,
and I
understand perfectly what others here are wanting to say, but when they
venture a little too close to the line, they attach subtle disclaimers.
Mine is included in my signature. These poor brothers and sisters will
continue to be limited in their efforts to know the truth until they
break through the artificial limits imposed upon them by the Watchtower
Society, and now apparently, here as well.
I love Jehovah and would never try to lead anyone astray, but I
can
assure you that for a certainty, the whole truth will never be found
nor told within the organization. It is an absolute impossibility under
the present style of management, and they will not change. Its a pity
that so few are willing to venture into the territory where I have gone
in my search, peering into some very dark corners, where a lot of truth
is hidden away never intended to be known. That there are so few who
want to even hear about it is not so surprising because it fits the
pattern of effective control which I have learned about and see working
within the organization.
If this is the way it must be, then I may not be posting much in
the
future. This is the first place I've found where everyone seems to be
so eager to gain new insight, and if it doesn't happen here, it may not
happen anywhere. The troubling thing about that is that I recognize
this as operating exactly like a safe venting place where nothing of
substance will ever come of it. Its the pattern of "Controlled
Opposition" which works so effectively everywhere else.
I pray that this is due to ignorance of how these things
function, and
that it isn't being done on purpose, but in the final analysis, it
won't make any difference, the effect is the same. It silences all
opposition coming from within the organization, and they will continue
to be ignored.
May Jehovah's Spirit be upon you.

Shortly after sending this last message, I logged back on and found
that my avatar does not show, and some access has been denied. The
Board shows that I have made 18 posts, but the ones from the 27th were
never moderated which is a significant loss of my time. The board shows
zero warnings, and my emails have not been answered.
I see from other posts that you are having some problems with some
members who have been disbarred. I haven't seen my name mentioned
anywhere, but I must conclude that I am one of them.
In view of the fact that I was warmly greeted on this board, and
received numerous thoughtful replies to my posts, I certainly feel that
I deserve some kind of explanation. I haven't felt this kind of
avoidance since my association at the Kingdom Halls, and I definitely
don't need any more of that.
I see this as a total contradiction to the stated reason for the boards
existence, and I have posted my thoughts on the meaning of that. I
understand that the board must have rules, and I noticed that one of
those rules states that a members access may be restricted after a
certain number of warnings.
I have received no warnings, so I must ask, Do the rules
not apply to the management of the board?
You advised another member to address their concerns about the
operation of the board to you personally. My question to you Robert at
this point is: Does that method really work?
In Jehovah's love,
Bobby Garner
