LETTER OF TRANSMITTAL... To the convener of this Group: Attached is the Report of the Special Study Group established by you in August, 1963, 1) to consider the problems involved in the contingency of a transition to a general condition of peace, and 2) to recommend procedures for dealing with this contingency. The Report from Iron Mountain has been shrouded in controversy concerning it's authenticity. Now in retrospect, from our present perspective, it appears to be well tuned to the Harmonic Resonance of the galactic convergence and the transition to a peaceful new world . If this proves to be true, then the authenticity of the Iron Mountain Report can no longer be doubted.

Harmonic Resonance is a scientific term which applies to nearly every field of study. It describes the unique interaction which takes place when two or more natural frequencies happen to coincide at the point of reversal or "zero-crossing". It applies to everything from acoustics, to hurricanes, to the movement of universal bodies in space.

Synchronicity is the metaphysical equivalent which is a favorite of the New Age, higher consciousness seekers. Both terms are used with varying degrees of precision among new age interest groups. A few of them know the technicalities of this subject, and many of them use this knowledge to woo the imaginations of the un-initiated masses, inducing belief in such things as the magical qualities of crystals, pendants, imaginary orgone gas, free energy and many others hoaxes and frauds. Many legitimate or at least plausible natural phenomena such as Schumann's Resonance are thus subverted to reinforce bogus ideas such as a Psychobiology connection to mother Earth, collective/higher/group consciousness of the group mind for the purpose of mass deception.
