The Plan: A Grand Conspiracy

I have written an article about Satan's counterfeit works. I have mentioned it in several other articles, and explained it in many E-mails. After all of this, it still looks soooo good, that at times I can almost believe it myself. However, there is one unmistakable sign which gives it away nearly every time. The counterfeit sooner or later leads you to a rainbow, and you know what they say you'll find at the end of that journey.

Whenever you go to a page which purports to be about the return of the Christ, and even quotes extensively from the Bible, first check the page to see if their is a rainbow in evidence anywhere. Odds are, you'll find one. Colorful, unnatural but dazzling imagery is another prevalent and related sign. You'll often find a blend of both. Armed with this knowledge, it is safe to view the following...

The Second Tier = BEING = The New Earth

When you enter the Second Tier, scales drop from your eyes enabling you to see, for the first time, the legitimacy of all of the human systems awakened to date. They are forms of human existence that have a right to be. The different levels in Tier One are seen as dynamic forces that, when healthy, contribute to the overall viability of the Whole and, as a result, to the continuation of life itself.

Second Tier is referred to as the New Earth. Here life is completely integral. There is an understanding and true embracing the whole; an integral life, an integral spirituality. Here life is about balance and moderation, not a stark list of do’s and don’ts.

Tier Two is a space of Non-Duality, on this level there is no longer an illusion of separation nor of space and time as we know them. All things exist simultaneously in the unmanifest universe. One this level there is no separation, there is no observer. The physical body is a manifestation of the One which is experiencing this dimension. One the First Tier we have temporarily forgotten this reality, thus we hold the illusion of a three dimensional world. Once we are firmly on Tier Two we remember that the body, the “I,” is just a way of experiencing the dream. Here, you understand that death itself is an illusion based on the false identification with the self, or ego. In non-duality, consciousness experiences itself as both the manifest and unmanifest. From this space of non-duality we can see that the Oneness is manifesting Itself as many, through the veil of time, space, and causation. Universal Oneness United

The Plan is to prepare for the Reappearance of the Christ:

I am convinced that no individual World Saviour, utilizing a physical body, will come to us. I believe in that individual World Saviour, but I believe that he will save the world through the group. I believe that he will work through his own; that he is training people now so that the day will come when this group will be so potent through its silent meditation and the force of its world service, that it will be recognized as the Saviour; but not in our day.

Editor's Note: (written in 1958) When A.A.B. made this statement in 1936 it appears to have been the ashramic view that the status of humanity would not permit more than an over-shadowing by the Christ. When The Reappearance of the Christ, dictated by the Tibetan, appeared in 1948, the discipline of the war, the destruction of material values, the suffering and the mental growth of humanity had produced an effect which we are told exceeded the expectations of the Hierarchy. In the book on the reappearance the following statements are found: "The point of decision, as it is called in all hierarchical circles, was reached during the period the Full Moon of June 1936 and the Full Moon of June 1945. The point of decision covered, therefore, nine years, a relatively brief time; it resulted in the decision arrived at by the Christ to reappear or return to visible presence on Earth as soon as possible and considerably earlier than had been planned." All who subscribe to the New Age must submit to "The Plan" in its entirety or be left out of the "New World Order". It should be noted that this "Plan" is universally accepted among New Agers as literally having a superhuman origin. Alice Bailey is not the author, only the transcriber. Likewise, no leader today at any level takes credit for formulating the Plan. From the UN on down, every "World Server" has his/her assigned task, but no one has the authority to change or cancel any segment; to do so would be to reject the Hierarchy and jeopardize the coming New Age itself. — The Plan of the New Age

Options in the Plan: Initiation or Death / Initiation and Death All who wish to enter the New Age must undergo an "energy activation" or "rebirth", usually marked by a subjective trance-induced "light experience" where one meets either a "spirit guide" or one's "higher self" (no difference since all is one). Alice Bailey, in an address at the Arcane School Conference in Geneva, Switzerland, suggested that the "Shamballa force"-the force from the invisible dimensions led by the Lord Maitreya-will be "destructive." It will also, she said, eject unbelievers from the earth: "The decision to release the Shamballa force during this century into direct contact with the human kingdom is one of the final and most compelling acts of preparation for the New Age.
