Rinri is a Japanese word meaning ethical enlightenment. The purpose of the Rinri project is to effect the ethical enlightenment of humanity through a project that makes the noosphere conscious.

The principle of making the noosphere conscious is done through activating the psi bank, the regulating mechanism of the noosphere. This is done on a daily basis by programming the psi bank to the Telektonon board so that in one year one psi bank plate is opened. In four years, all four psi bank plates are opened.
