The first clue came when you excused youself "out of love" in order to avoid answering me. Nevertheless, I will answer your question. I would make frisbies out of the plastic. I'd salvage the parts from the record player and build a radio, and use the motor as a hand cranked generator to power the radio.  I'd use the scrape metal and extra wire for an antenna. I'd tune the short wave band and keep myself intertained and informed. If you washed up on shore, I'd let you run the crank and listen. And I would tune the station as you may not know how. Moosick = Music im dyslexic, i find meesing around with words very helpfull to me. phone txt and stuff. Great answer to the desert Island Discs I though being an enginere you might do something clever like that hense the clockwork bit. I suppose if you were actaully able to bild that thing i would have to be the crank man. My Reply: Well, alright then! I suppose "meesing" around with words is a harmless clever trick if everyone understands that, but it wasn't all that clear to me. I'll offer my qualified forgiveness then, because words come cheap, especially in this format. Actions speak a lot louder. Oh, I could build the radio. A super regenerative design requires very few components and is the most sensitive. Bandwidth and selectivity are not so great, but then this is a deserted island. It seems that a lot of people are staying out of these topics, so I don't quite see how that helps. If you approve of the points, then just say so. I've seen you write in rather good form elsewhere.
