With the "Transition to Peace" scheduled to be in full bloom by 2012, and this year 2005 being the midpoint, the actual convergence or crossover from war to peace, all significant developments should be seen as Peace Gaming elements of the transition. If there is any doubt that war games and war itself is in fact a peace game, take a look at the latest joint exercise between Russia and China. China, Russia starts joint military exercises, code-named "Peace Mission 2005" Now why would they choose a name like that?
It is especially apt that this year marks the 60th anniversary of the end of World War II. Over the past 60 years, citizens of our global village have together witnessed the confrontations and then conclusion of the Cold War, the spread of the Third Wave of global democratization, the collapse of communism in the former Soviet Union, the gradual formation of a new world order that has carried over into the new century, and the impact of international terrorism and potential regional crises in the new century.
History and experience clearly tell us that war is ruthless and peace is precious. Peace, democracy, and freedom are universal values of human civilization, but they do not arise out of thin air. These values usually come on the heels of crises, conflicts, and authoritarian rule.

So, where are we in the stream of time? We have experienced the "crises" (9/11), "conflicts" (Middle East, Palestine, Iraq), and "authoritarian rule" (Communism and Global Imperial Hegemony), now "on the heels" of all this we will now be able to experience peace (after the transition), even if it has to come at the point of a gun.
We know that total disarmament is a fundamental part of the plan. This necessarily means even the end of identifying boundaries of waring nations. All nations will have to relinquish their power as nations
On December 1, 2004 The Epoch Times announced their intention to publish a series of articles documenting the demise of the old hardline Communist Party of China (CCP). "Before the lid is laid on the coffin of the CCP, we wish to pass a final judgment on it and on the international communist movement, which has been a scourge to humanity for over a century". The lead article was titled "Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party" In which it was noted: "As a famous Chinese poem goes, “Deeply I sigh in vain for the falling flowers.” The end is near for the communist regime, which is barely struggling to survive. The days before its collapse are numbered. The Epoch Times believes the time is now ripe, before the CCP’s total demise, for a comprehensive look back, in order to fully expose how this largest cult in history has embodied the wickedness of all times and places. We hope that those who are still deceived by the CCP will now see its nature clearly, purge its poison from their spirits, extricate their minds from its evil control, free themselves from the shackles of terror, and abandon for good all illusions about it." ~ Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party
Am I the last one to hear about this? Perhaps in the western hemisphere but nonetheless, nearly 4 million former CCP members have denounced the CCP, as a direct result of these articles. How could this story go virtually unnoticed by the alternative Internet press?

Why would I associate the name Chi-Haotian with current news? Chi-Haotian is said to be a high-ranking Chinese Communist Party official, and he has made two speeches both of which have been published on a Chinese Website, and reported on by The Epoch Times Website over the period of recent weeks.
Now that the deck chairs are properly arranged, let's see what in the world is really going on with China, the "End of History, "Decline of the West, and in the "Transition to Peace" to a "Brave New World" Order.

This must all be understood in the context of "Peace Gaming " and the "Transition To Peace".
