China In Transition To Communitarianism
Part 2 in The Collapse of Hardline Communism In Mainland China

It is no coincidence that China should announce the approval of their next (and possibly last) "Five Year Plan" on this date.
The 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) concluded its fifth plenary session here Tuesday afternoon, which examined and approved proposals for formulating the 11th Five-Year Plan for National Economy and Social Development.
The four-day meeting discussed a draft proposal set forth by the CPC Central Committee on the 11th Five-Year Plan (2006-2010).
The concentration of 11's in this announcement unmistakably connects it to the transition.
The numbers in the date 10/11/2005 add up to 10, indicating wholeness, or completeness (perhaps the final count? the end of an era?).
The numbers in the years covered by the plan, 2006 to 2010 add up to 11, and it's the "11th Five-Year Plan". So we have a duality of 11's, and the next plan (if there is one) will begin in the year 2011.
The last 5 year plan was approved in 2000, and ran from 2001 to 2005, and was the last such plan with emphasis on the economic "growth rate". The new plan outlines a marked transition to sustainability, and "Common Prosperity".
After China decided to launch economic reforms in 1978, Deng Xiaoping proposed the principle of allowing some of the regions and some of the people to get rich first to achieve a final "common prosperity".
Redefining "economic growth" from a scheme to "allow some of the people to get rich first" to a mechanism "Serving the people to improve life quality", the new plan according to Hu Jintao, general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, will press forward to the final goal of socialism. "Common prosperity is not an unreachable goal, but the basic principle and pursuit of socialism".
Note that the United states also has it's "get rich first" class (established over the same approximate time period), and now China has successfully established one of their own which. considering the treasury debt now held by China, and the current accounts deficit, puts them in position to powerfully influence the foreign and domestic policy of the US. If I'm right about that, we can expect to see a more visible Communitarian agenda emerging, possible beginning with the 2006 mid-term elections.
Implying that globalization has achieved it's objective, Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing, in announcing China's Diplomacy For the New Era, alludes to it's growing leadership role as peacemaker:
The ongoing economic globalization has increased the level of economic interdependence on the one hand, and aggravated the unevenness of development on the other, reducing some countries to a precarious position of being marginalized. A globalized economy calls for globalized cooperation. It is only through cooperation can we gradually redress the imbalance in global development, effectively ward off economic and financial risks, and enable countries to seize the opportunities brought by globalization to realize common development. ~ Peace, Development and Cooperation -- Banner for China's Diplomacy in the New Era
We in the US and most South American countries need not ask just who he means by "some countries" which globalization has "marginalized". Now that the economic "playing field" has been fairly well leveled (among the major powers) through globalization, China, over the preceding several months, has developed a policy of global political, economic and social peace.
China's development cannot materialize without the world. And a stable and prosperous world also needs China. So long as we hold high the banner of peace, development and cooperation, and hold on to the path of peaceful development, we will surely make new contributions to world peace and development. ~ Peace, Development and Cooperation -- Banner for China's Diplomacy in the New Era
In the face of obvious deterioration in the leadership capability of the US on the world stage, can there be any doubt that China is making a play in cooperation with Russia, India and the already socialist France, to assume primary responsibility for the future of a Communitarian socialist, sustainable future for planet Earth?
The already obvious next move will be the complete abolition of the old guard of hardline Chinese communism at the end of this coming Five Year Plan which is set to end in 2010. Come 2011, we will have passed through the point of convergence in the transition to a brave new peaceful, sustainable world, as the UN agenda 21 achieves it's objective by 2021.
But wait...
For when they say, Peace and safety! Then suddenly destruction comes upon them, like the travail to the one having babe in womb, and not at all shall they escape. ... But we being of day should be sober, "having put on the breastplate" of faith and love, and the hope of "salvation as a helmet;" Isa. 59:17 because God has not appointed us to wrath, but for obtaining salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, He dying on our behalf, so that whether we watch or we sleep, we may live together with Him. ~ 1st Thessalonians 5: 3,8-10
This year, 2005, the world celebrates the 60th anniversary of the end of WWII which also is the 60th year of that disgusting abomination known as the United Nations. The seventh king, the Anglo-American Empire requires all nations to yield to the authority of the UN (Rev. 13:14), which in Bible prophecy is portrayed as being "like an eighth" king (Rev. 17:11), but it exists for only a short time then goes off into destruction. In 2011, the UN will be in it's 66th year, and possibly it's last. So, What comes next?
According to the Bible Prophet Daniel:
And in the days of these kings, the God of Heaven shall set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed. And the kingdom shall not be left to other people. It shall break in pieces and destroy all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever. Because you saw that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it broke the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver, and the gold in pieces. ~ Daniel 2:44,45
The "stone" is the one the builders rejected. It is Jesus Christ in his kingdom of 1000 years, and the "mountain" is the universal Sovereign authority of his God and Father. His is the kingdom under which the prophecies of Psalms 37:11, Proverbs 21, Matthew 5 and many others will come to fruition on this Earth. The former things (the counterfeit U.N. Communitarianism) will have passed away, and all things will be made new.
And all profaning may not at all enter into it, or any making an abomination or a lie; but only the ones having been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb. ~ Rev. 21:27
