The Anti-Communitarian League Website is the only place I know of where you can find a well reasoned and clear statement of the local implementation of The United Nations Agenda 21 programs in virtually every state, county, city, small town and rural community in the United States and in most other UN member nations around the world.
As an introduction, I present the following statement of THe ACL's view of the current geopolitical situation.
Communitarianism is social-political science. Based entirely in dialectical philosophy, it supports re-building a world community under one system of law. Communitarian law combines free trade capitalism with British, European, Russian, Chinese, Catholic, and Israeli Marxism. Their gurus "shore up" outdated national, constitutional law. They are the "moral" voice behind the "bipartisan" balance that serves "goals larger than self." In the emerging supra-national synthesis of ideas (their exact terms for the transition to world government) all opposition is effectively silenced by name calling and character assassinations. In logic, this is called "attacking the man rather than the argument."
Communitarians are rebuilding an imaginary world.
Rebuilding Community is a program for importing and exporting communitarianism.
Community Development is communitarian control over private lives.
Sustainable Development is communitarian environmental planning.
Community Spirit is an obscure theosophical belief in becoming like god.

The Republicans are communitarians.
"Bush's inaugural address," said George Washington University professor Amitai Etzioni, a communitarian thinker, "was a communitarian text, full of words like 'civility,' 'responsibility' and 'community.' That's no accident. Bush's advisers consulted on the speech with Putnam." ("Needed: Catchword for Bush Ideology, 'Communitarianism' Finds Favor" by Washington Post Staff Writer Dana Milbank, February 01, 2001)
The Democrats are communitarians.

Thank you for that introduction and for the inspiration that your work has given to me and so many others, for your wonderful book, "The Spirit of Community," and for working on this as hard as you have. How many people who voted for Bush and Clinton were ever (even just once) told their American leaders are international communitarians?
The sad truth is, most Americans still have never heard of it, even though Bush I and Clinton adopted the United Nations' communitarian sustainable development programs in 1992, President Bush II follows orders from Clinton's communitarian "guru," and the U.S. Congress officially adopted regional communitarian law in 2005.
Communitarians in the United States control and direct American lives via rebuilding community, planning, mandatory volunteerism, and sustainable development agencies. DOJ's Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS-trained by the KGB and the Mossad) provides armed social police and city planners who write and enforce new communitarian laws and programs. COPS teach Americans "values and morality", i.e. mandatory seatbelts, revised noise ordinances, landlord training, DUI Task Forces, Domestic Violence Task Forces, Creating Safe Streets, Weed & Seed, Faith-Based, Homeland Security, Volunteer America, etc. COPS created the national database program (COMPASS) and continually devise new ways to gather American's personal information. Eventually every American will "volunteer" to help the COPS rebuild the world.
We deny the right of global Communitarians to replace legitimate U.S. Rule of Law ("to protect and maintain individual rights," WA State Constitution, Article One, Section One) with vague legal protections of the common good and society as a whole. (We include all U.N. rights, such as Human Rights, Immigrant Rights, Victim's Rights and any other new right that's based in communitarianism.) U.S. law was established by free people who formed an independent nation (free from the Empire). U.S. law protected individual union members (called state citizens) from the global community of elitists, soldiers of fortune, terorrists, pirates, cons, murderers, rapists, robbers, expansionists, corrupt government agents, state churches, nepotism, inbred monarchists, aristocrats, imperialists, wealthy corporations and drug running free traders.
We can prove communitarian (aka community) organizations are not only immoral but also illegal. Communitarian laws and programs that promote U.N. Local Agenda 21 and civil society, i.e.: neighborhood planning, safe & affordable housing, citizen action teams, citizen's advisory councils, "best use" land practices, protecting endangered plants/animals from human enterprise, mandatory tithing, etc. may accomplish small improvements in the immediate situation but they are all designed partially as a device to devalue individual liberty and gain greater control of the world's markets (and laborers). To understand communitariansm we must be willing to look at the entire program. The ACL is NOT opposed to Americans building a "community garden." The ACL is opposed to using community groups to advance the global communitarian agenda.
The ACL is committed to making the communitarian agenda part of the American public debate. We think they've kept it from Americans because Americans have the power to stop the whole plan. Unable to bear any public, legal, or academic scrutiny, they rely on our continued ignorant submission to their new laws. They hope we never get wind of the fact that the new behavior laws in the U.S. are patently unconstitutional. They've used American schools, politicans, courts, churches and media to teach us how to become communitarians. Their theory of social justice means we all have to allow them to gather, store, and utilize our most private information and then donate our labor, time, and property to their advanced Hegelian spirit of humanity. We're labled selfish, wackos, or conspiracy theorists if we don't cheerily contribute to our own demise.
The ACL's unchallenged thesis poses that communitarianism is the final synthesis of political-social ideas in the Hegelian dialectic. The ACL's theory of the ultimate Hegelian dialectic: imperialism v. communism = communitarianism.
