That history does indeed repeat itself is a verifiable fact for those who care to know about it. Like trained animals, we keep jumping through the same hoops, completely mindless of the reasons why we do it, eager only to collect the reward for perfect obedience. Oh, we don't ever call it by that name, but obedience by any other name is still obedience. Sometimes it goes under such rubrics as "Politics", or "Religion", or "Patriotism", or perhaps something a little more generic like "Political Correctness" which is even more vile, bacause it encompasses every aspect of our social lives.

From 1841 to 1963, seven U.S. Presidents were assassinated. Four by gunfire. Three by poisoning. Who benefited? The European aristocracies, without their own written Constitutions and Bills of Rights, opposed those who fled to the New World and there established an organic charter, the U.S. Constitution and its Bill of Rights. The aristocrats included the Crowned Monarchs which, of course, included the Pope in the Vatican. Their governance was/is founded on arbitrary might-makes-right power and ruling by supposed "Divine Right". Does anyone remember? Up to about 1870, what is now called "Italy" were the Papal States, ruled by theocracy with its own military force, Caesar and Heaven, joined at the hip.

The British ship TITANIC sunk moreso from an internal explosion in the coal bunker than from hitting an iceberg. Those who produced the most recent version of the movie "Titanic", viewed, in a special submarine, the remains of the ship on the bottom of the Atlantic, off of Newfoundland. They reportedly noticed the side of the ship showed there had been a massive internal explosion in the vicinity of the coal bunker. Was it sabotage?
