Whether hurricanes are 'controllable?'
or if they only provide the opportunity for fowl play, is not the real
question. However, I think the latter is more likely true. Whether
Murphy's Law in action, or an evil deep cover plot, this is shaping up to be the
opportunity of a lifetime for the peak oil
doomsayers, and as I have indicated in recent articles, they pray for
such opportunities to trigger a general
collapse and a big die off
of up to 85% of the entire global population beginning with the US.
Our spineless
media has to have some knowledge of the facts, and their
silence cannot be considered a virtue, but rather implies complicity.
When war is declared, you can bet the farm there is going to be war.
The only formal declarations of war since WWII has been against the
American people in the many forms of war against crime, poverty, drugs,
cancer, heart disease just to name a few. The implications of forced
equality, forced diversity, forced bussing, forced conformance, forced
medical treatment and
many other coercive forces all applied against the freedoms and
liberties of individual citizens everywhere, are all properly viewed as
covert aggressive acts of war against the people.
It can no longer be excused as mere coincidence that crime, drugs, and
increased enslavement of people waiting in line for government
assistance i.e. poverty, have all increased dramatically since the
respective wars were declared in the 1960's-70's period. It can no
longer be denied that there is not some evil plot behind it all.
Such a plot conducted covertly demands propaganda, psychological
operations, and under cover operations. Many people have documented the
evidence of such things over the past many years. These are all acts of
aggression against an enemy. The aggressor is at war against his enemy,
We the People.
The aggression has been felt not only in the privacy of our homes as
swat teams bust in the door with guns blazing in many cases, but also
at locations such as Ruby Ridge Idaho,
Waco Texas, Oklahoma City, in lower Manhattan of New York, and most
recently in the City of New Orleans. The entire world
has been an armchair witness to these atrocities. Do we see a pattern
of escalation here?
The propagandists have effectively pointed the finger of blame at
anyone who happened to be convenient from Randy Weaver, to Osama bin
Laden, and in many instances at anyone who exhibits the slightest
insight into their evil deeds.
In view of this recent history, and current ongoing evidence, it is
unconscionable for me to remain silent and neglect to put out a heads
up alert. What you do with it becomes your responsibility. Be advised
that the true evidence has been grossly polluted by the propagandists,
with half truths, false allegations and inuendos. Therefore you must
use discernment when reading the information I'm sharing with you.
Following is an E-mail exchange and my reply to it. I recommend
starting at the bottom and work your way up. Read this in the context
of the unfolding events in our southern states, especially as
hurricane Rita approaches. I urge you to pass this
on to your friends and others on your E-mail lists.
The founding
principles of this country are built on openness, sharing, and
individual responsibility. Our government and IT"S media wishes instead
to shield us and protect us from every conceivable evil that might be
lurking in the shadows from disease to terrorists. It is a program

In August 2001 I wrote my family that I would not be coming to our
reunion which was planned for Labor Day. I had heard three reports, one from
Russia as reported on ABC radio news, one from the LaRouche
organization on their shortwave radio broadcast, and I forget where the
other came from, but they all had the same message. Something big was
about to happen in the US. LaRouche said he could not elaborate, but
something was going to happen in the coming weeks. The Russians said it
was about the Middle East, and that they had tried for six months to
derail it, had exhausted their diplomatic resources, and that it could
not be stopped.
I wasn't on the Internet in 2001, but since I did come online in early
2002, I have not been able to find any of these stories and I have
searched many times. I have listened to all of LaRouche's radio
archives from that period, but there is nothing there. The point being,
there was not much information before, and what was available afterward
is mostly speculation.
There are several names in this report that I have serious reservations
about. 1) Joe Vialls did a lot of very detailed work. Some would say it
was too detailed. He rarely missed an opportunity to come down on the
nuclear note. His tsunami story seemed most credible, and there were
far too many coincidences to be ignored. I did link to him for a while
but eventually decided he was chasing too many shadows. 2) Ted
Gunderson is the head of Genesis Radio. after he came on board, all the
patriot programs gradually disappeared from that network. Only those
who walked the party line of fear were allowed to stay. Joyce Reilly's
mysterious diseases for example.
The smirking chimp in the Whitehouse is too perfect for this scenario,
and I believe it's why he was selected over Gore. Whatever the plan is,
the fix is in and there is nothing to stop it. If congress and the
courts weren't complicit, we would never have had these draconian laws
in place. The scenarios JG outlines are very real. I have verified many
of them and they were frequent topics of discussion on patriot radio
programs in the 90's. So, it's been going on for a while. Arousing
folks from their slumber at this late hour is more likely to add to the
chaos as the plan plays out.
It's all quite real, it needs no enhancements. The only question is
when. The best advice in my opinion is along more general lines, but
then we know that is not going to get any attention. Those with the
mobility and freedom to move should get out of the large cities, and
try to be up wind. This remains the best advice since I first heard it
from Bill Cooper in 1994, so that isn't going to fly either.
Our best hope may lie in the incompetence of government response to any
disaster. Or was that the pool shark's "broken wrist" trick as they
move in for the kill? Lot's of question, too much speculation, and too
few answers.

Vaguely remember some discussion of internet protocols which I could be
bruising. But this is an update on information assumed you've already
received.
Perhaps you might be owed a little explanation of how this whole thing came
about. The initial impetus was messages from a gentleman emailing, as
"German Guy." He claimed to be a former BND Agent (Germany's equiv of CIA)
and still in contact, in the loop. He claimed that an imminent attack was
planned for either Houston, Dallas, or Atlanta; but probably Houston. This
attack was, according to German Guy, planned for December 27th, 2004.
Some of you may remember this email traffic. Then, again, maybe you don't
peruse that widely.
"We" received this German Guy information over the Christmas Holiday, 5 days
before the planned event was to be taking place. Several of us descended on
Houston to check out what we could, . . . basically eval
uate the threat and give warning to friends and associates. Pulling
information from many different sources, we wove together a potential
scenario concluding that the threat was real. How every piece was arrived
at would be tedious, a chapter or more likely a book; not a short article.
I won't attempt it here. This information was then sent out to some key
people in agencies and government. I saw the list it was going out to. I
don't personally have verification it was received and have some doubts, as
it appeared to go into a virtual black hole. But even if the sending was
interrupted, I'm confident it got to at least one agency whose duty includes
investigating such things. (FBI)
Recently there has been an email circulating, saying that the New
Orleans/Ponchartrain levee was sabotaged. Corps divers checked it, etc.
The letter, on close examination, is written in stilted Tabloid language. I
cannot say that it's not true, but the style analysis doesn't pass inspe
ction. On the other hand, German Guy's communications had many indicators
and elements identifying him to have the style and mannerisms/patterns of an
actual agent. Can't say for certain he was German Intelligence, but
definitely someone from the international intelligence community.
No sooner was the information going out on the Houston threat, however, than
the Tsunami struck. Many assumed that the traffic German Guy was reporting
actually was regarding the Tsunami. And I must admit we had more Marines
ready and landing in Banda Achee in 2 days (5,000) than we managed in New
Orleans in 4 days. Strange, indeed. We had a sub limping back into port in
Puget Sound missing its nose. Many reports of people getting deathly ill
eating the fish caught after the event. So strange. Even stranger, the
Marines had been training (was reported) for over a year to conduct a
humanitarian relief effort. Just happened to be there, along with, . . . a
Coast Guard cruiser. Apparen
tly, we regularly have Coast Guard on duty in the Indian Ocean, . . right!
But the big question that inquiring minds want to know: Did the Marines
conducting humanitarian relief effort in Banda Achee confine their efforts
to disarming the populace with "shoot to kill" rules of engagement if
encountering resistance? Really like to know the details on that. Or were
they just distributing water and food, formula for the babies? If the
latter, then we can conclude the citizens of Indonesia have superior rights
to the people of New Orleans under declared Martial Rule.
But it gets worse still when considering the former option; that in fact the
Marines DID forcefully disarm the citizenry they encountered. The
Indonesian government asked the Marines to leave, saying, we don't want your
"help," lending credence to Australian Joe Vialls' claim that this was an
attempt to establish a beach head in that part of the world. At least the
Indonesian government appeared to thin
k so. Over 200,000 people died in the Tsunami, and the Marines failed to
establish a beach head. If they had, would the death toll have been worth
it? Or is that too many steps ahead for this audience?
Vialls detailed many Tsunami anomalies, including falsified seismic reports
by the Western Press; obfuscation of true epicenter, A strange seismic
signature, perfect square wave, with no activity before, and initially no
commensurate after shocks. Later, of course, it appears the whole region
has been geologically destabilized with continuing activity. Also
interesting to note that the "earthquake" spawning the Tsunami "rang the
Earth like a bell," causing water to slosh in wells in Arizona. Whatever
more valuable reporting we might have gotten from Joe we lost with his
passing.
The monster in the closet, the one none of us want to look at, is that if
the Tsunami was caused by a nuclear blast, then our government/military is
likely responsible for an international war
crime and human genocide on a Guinness Book of Records scale. The only
competition would be the bombing of Dresden by British and American forces
near the closing of World War Two.
This monstrous possibility was actually speculated on in the India Times.
The staff writer wrote that the Tsunami was likely a joint nuclear test by
America, Israel, and Russia that "went awry." This was obviously a
scatter-shot probe that left out only China in the list of possible perps
(who might have that scale of megatonnage). Must note here that many
Americans are unaware of Israel's secret nuclear program at Dimona. John F.
Kennedy was the last American president that attempted to leverage any
oversight.
If in reading this email, you are having trouble dealing with the image of
America being set forth, you could do several things. Firstly, read the
international press. On a regular basis, you will find information less
than complimentary of American actions; your tax dollars
at work; that are not also available in the American press. Secondly,
meditate on the meaning and ramifications of the doctrine of "Pre-emtive
Strike." We always assume this is referencing the use of ICBM's or
something, when it may simply be a way of the current Administration being
actually forthright and "informing" us that they have gone to war against
the rest of the world. North Korea's current (today) announcement that they
would be scaling back their nuclear program, may mean that the high-stakes
poker game of nuclear proliferation has forced their hand, caused them to
fold. If missiles start flying into Iran in early October, North Korea
doesn't want to be next. So, there is obviously movement on the Global
Chessboard.
But, continuing with the theme of "monster in the closet," a news program in
Oklahoma interviewed an official from the NOAA Weather Service regarding the
big May 3rd tornado (1999?). The official disclosed his thinking, that a
microwave signal
could either potentially diminish a tornado, or possibly make it worse.
That May 3rd F5-class tornado, measuring at times 1/2 mile wide, was
compared to a land-based hurricane. The NOAA crew's sensitive radar picked
up something. The official's awkward disclosure indicated they strongly
suspected the microwave signature had something to do with the F5-class
tornado that injured 550 people and killed 41.
Now, to New Orleans. Combining the NOAA limited disclosure with patents on
weather modification back in the 1980's, it is possible to extrapolate that
weather control exists. Is it used on hurricanes? Other articles extant
indicate various types of weather modification have been attempted during
past hurricane seasons. I don't have research at fingertips, other than
google-ing at this moment, so please excuse the lack of documentation/links,
but it is there for pretty much anyone to find. Postulating weather
modification/control, then, it is within the realm to c
onclude that Hurricane Katrina could have been made weaker or stronger. Cui
bono? Who benefits? Who gains if Katrina is stronger? We know that
Halliburton has the contract for the rebuilding; had the contract prior to
the event. That's one party who benefits.
But, also, Hurricane Katrina was used to accomplish one goal that turned up
in our analysis on the December 27th, 2004 threat on Houston. Katrina
closed the Texas City (Houston suburb) refineries. Whether this was as a
direct result of weather--refineries have been known to operate in inclement
weather--or as a result of some emergency protocol similar to the scrambling
of nuclear power plants, we don't know. We just know they were brought
down. Also, one news item mentioned a new refinery came online in the
Midland/Odessa (Texas) area. This was also an indicator, being a goal we
foresaw in the initial threat assessment.
In all, several things/goals were accomplished by Katrina. The question
then becomes:
Is this enough to take Houston off the list of priority targets? The
answer has to be: No. Not completely. I had this discussion recently with
Alan Stang. Stang is a radio personality and columnist who writes probing
articles. He was a speaker at an event I was filming in San Antonio. Stang
related that he lives too near NASA, which is also not far from Texas City,
and is concerned by the scenario. He wanted me to have one of the sources
call him, which I subsequently called, and it's not going to be done
unfortunately.
So, to revisit the scenario, here it is:
There is a loaded weapon pointed at the head of the American people. That
weapon is a protocol related to the outbreak of a bio threat. In the event
of an outbreak in a large metro area, police and emergency workers have
instructions to perform containment; which means that entrances to major
highway loops will be closed; along with all bridges or underpasses feeding
side streets. Anyone attempting to le
ave the area is to be killed. The containment is to be continued until the
zone is cauterized. Cauterization is a euphemism for the much stronger term
"fire bombed." The choice of cauterization agents is said to be a fuel air
bomb, also known as a barometric bomb. Our information is that these are
already in place and are either ground-launched directly from their
concealment within the area, or are loaded on military planes at nearby air
bases. If the ground-based deployment failed, then the military option
would be used. This information comes from sources within the intelligence
community here in America, and has been confirmed in multiple instances by
emergency workers, police; and most recently by a New York State policeman,
one of the most highly trained and best informed men in blue in the country.
In our threat assessment, we could not conceive that the nuclear option
would be used. Too many unintended consequences. A large barometric bomb
is capable of mor
e real damage than was seen at Hiroshima and Nagasaki. It forms a mushroom
cloud. To the untrained observer, the barometric bomb very well could be
perceived to be a nuclear event. Here is where the research dovetails with
a report from Ted Gunderson, former head of the Los Angeles FBI. I know Ted
and have worked with him on video productions in the past. I do not agree,
however, with his assessment, but believe he has a good grip on the
diversion; i.e., the "terrist" connection. We expect that if a fuel air
bomb is used, there will be ample reports of Islamics seen (or crashed) in
biplanes, crop dusters, and the like; there to take the blame for what is
most definitely an internal operation.
People are currently saying that the Bush Admin has lost steam, credibility,
etc.; ratings dropping through the floorboards. Yes, but, . . . . what
would Adolph have done? What did Adolph do? All that is needed is another
large event, and the American people will be traumatiz
ed and preoccupied into going along. In England, there were country-wide
protests of the national I.D. just implemented. Haven't heard a peep after
the London attacks.
Now, for those of you who do not think in terms of inference, a more literal
version of the scenario:
Elements within the Bush Admin decide to implement the next step in a plan.
Private contract mercenaries are hired to spread a "Russian coctail"
composed of chemical and biologicals to get a quick apparent
response/outbreak. People begin flopping around, dying, breaking out with
strange rashes. The outbreak is reported quietly through channels, falsely
"confirmed," then draconian protocols already on the shelf for a decade are
rushed into implementation. The metro area(s) affected is(are) sealed off
and locked down. Separately, evidence is planted by flying biplanes or crop
dusters across the metro area(s) to give the media its lead to consolidate
the "false flag" operation. Police and emergency wor
kers, along with FEMA, accomplish "containment" by blocking off highways,
then killing anyone who attempts to leave, . . . men, women and children.
Then the area is cauterized, either by barometric bombs already in place, or
by military drop, . . . all according to existing protocol. The media,
however, has a story to run with of Islamics. Police and emergency workers,
FEMA people assigned to containment are also killed. Proximity is a problem
to think about. Bush goes on television and declares that bomber jets are
already on their way to Iran.
Can't happen in America? Think again.
Elements of this are already implemented in New Orleans. There were shoot
to kill orders issued. There was containment of population by law
enforcement. Things continue to be strange. Worked a video shoot at a
hotel this weekend where some evacuees from Katrina were staying. Greyhound
busses arrived to take them down to a local stadium for a photo op with the
Mayor of New Orleans
and the Mayor of Dallas, Laura Miller. The op had something to do with them
being taken to more permanent housing. However, someone there at the hotel
was saying, there isn't any housing; none's ready yet. Be interesting to
know the whole story.
If there is any lesson that comes out of the Katrina/New Orleans ordeal:
You can't rely on anyone but yourself, ultimately. No guarantees. I have
actually had people accuse, stating that it is "sinful" to not have faith.
That, somehow, not having faith you will be taken care of is tantamount to
sabotaging the help itself (which didn't arrive). Brig. Gen. Ben Partin,
Ret., has described that America has entered what the Soviets referred to as
the Period of Escalating Violence; which will be followed by Consolidation
under Totalitarian Rule. Stang also refers to things in terms of
"out-moded" Cold War rhetoric. For some people I'm sure it works. For me,
it fails on a few points, but will work in a pinch to talk to most peo
ple as long as you get the message across that the Commies are inside the
Beltway.
Much more could be said, or conversely, this all could be said in more
concise and fewer words; but I'm still trying to recover from a week or more
of self-inflicted sleep deprivation, and I fail the coherency test. I've
given the warning as best I can now, several times. It is for others to
carry the torch a few steps further. I wish no harm to any man, and look
forward to being wrong. However, the essence of the threat, the continuing
threat is the draconian policy in place which is available for misuse by
unprincipled and ambitious leaders. More to the point, any use of that
protocol is a misuse; if you understand the work of Raymond Royal Rife.
Rife Technology works to eradicate virtually any biological problem, while
mostly being benign (normal usage) to human organisms, tissue, etc. It is
the denial of the Rife Technology, frequency medicine, that has gotten us to
this nightmare
impasse today.
Some years ago there was a program circulating on the internet called
BLASTER 5. If this can still be located, it contains the needed
frequencies, wave forms, etc. It did, anyway. It is better if you can
employ a Schmitt Trigger circuit to clean up the signal, but a home computer
with a sound system can/could be used to heal or counteract dreadful bugs
just by running modules within BLASTER 5. You will know you have the right
files if it refers to Aliens from Outer Space beaming this technology down
to us. Yeah, . . . . . I think the FDA needs to prosecute those Aliens,
don't you? How dare they?

I checked with an expert I know, who described what a
fuel-air bomb is. "Compression bomb," it was called in

he said. One sprays the fuel over a wide area, the
other detonates it and instantly suffocates everyone
to death who's caught in it. Plus a big kaboom and
cloud.
I'm listening to a Webster Tarpley interview from
August 18th at the moment. Tarpley was anticipating
something like this as well, at the time. Al Martin,
who in 4 years now has been proving pretty reliable
(he follows the money) has said similarly -- "the
velvet gloves will be off this time."
Tarpley was analyzing the various statements being
made and the various military exercises happening in
the US as of August. As of August 18, the military was
"conducting a massive mosquito-spraying operation in
Newport News, Port Smith, Langley, Yorktown and so
forth." So there's an exercise for a fuel-air bomb
operation.
At the same time the military was conducting a
scenario where "a Nagasaki-size bomb was smuggled into
port and detonated somewhere on land." Also various
politicians, supposedly, would be captured and held
hostage by these highly enterprising terrorists.
So there's a couple of pieces to ponder.
