I have made some edits to A Great Conspiracy, including additional text, and activation of a link to Chapter seven of Bailey's book Bethlehem to Calvary. There is also a link to a new article The Language of Deception which I hope you will find helpful.
I should point out that Bailey addresses people who see themselves as "World Servers". Its value to me, and hopefully to you, is that it helps us to put a face on the powerful forces of evil which are arrayed against us so that we can understand the nature of it, and act effectively as the Bible advises us to act (Ephesians 6:11,12). An effective defense cannot be built upon ignorance. Thats why we have teachers who don't teach, leaders who mislead, and a nation of followers who have not a clue about their own role in this process.
That large archive assembled by Willie Matrin which I mentioned in my last email, has some powerful comments concerning the question Who is to Blame?, and How did we get into this mess?
Thus, laws which would deprive us of our rights are unconstitutional and are not required to be followed by the people. We the people are to blame for injustice and oppression in this country every time we follow such laws. That is what is happening in America with our current unconstitutional tax system. So if we want liberty from these oppression we need to wake up and be more vigilant of our government's actions.
But where did the IRS get its power to tax? It is not from Congress or from the courts but from we the people. When we are on a jury we have supported unconstitutional laws when a tax protestor, who was on the side of the law, was being tried.
When we are on the jury we are not only judging a fellow citizen, we are determining the law, and in such cases as taxation we have unknowingly voted against our own rights and freedom. The authority of the jury was expressed by Chief Justice John Jay, U.S. Supreme Court, instating; "The jury has a right to judge both the law as well as the fact in controversy."
When you are a juror, it is your responsibility to examine the government's statute or law. You must determine if it is a just law or an unjust law. Does it give the government control over the people and abrogate citizen's rights? Does it give the government control over the people and abrogate a citizen's rights? does it follow the forenamed moral principles? Is the person on trial a threat to we the people?
If you find that the law is unjust or the one on trial is in line with the Constitution you must vote not guilty. Just one such vote can hang a jury and help nullify bad or unconstitutional laws and cut off governmental control. Only we the people can vote ourselves free of IRS tyranny by voting not guilty when a fellow American is standing up for his right to his property. As an individual on a jury (whether a Grand Jury or a regular jury) you have more power and authority than the President, all of Congress, the Supreme Court and all the Federal Court system.
Thus the system our fathers set up in America is one where freemen, who under God and His law, were to have the final say and highest authority regarding the laws of the land. And the Constitution, which was influenced by God's Laws, was designed to keep the government under the control of man. Only by adhering to this hierarchy of authority will we ever obtain and secure our rights and freedom.
As I have mentioned before, given that the constitution was created by the very same secret order which now oppresses us, I understand the constitution as an important test of man's alleged ability to direct his own way independently of a powerful leader and/or an omnipotent God. (Jeremiah 10:17,23). In my opinion, and I believe, in the opinion of our leaders, we have been weighed in the balance and found wanting, Therefore we are being "balanced" (their word) by our slave masters as God laughs in derision.
We cannot hide behind our religious beliefs and expect divine intervention on our behalf if we are this ignorant of our own culpability. I don't know how this process will work now that we are under Homeland Security, but personally I believe its way too late. Homeland Security acts with all of the powers which were limited by the Administrative Procedures Act of 1946 (granted by the Real ID Act of 2005). The United States of America is a police state.
Why is our President acting under his constitutional authority as Commander In Chief of a standing army (which is constitutional only during declared war), when we have not had a constitutionally declared war for more than 66 years, since December of 1942? Hummm. And why do you pay a tax on a debt obligation which you accept in return for your hard labor to support that standing army, when both the direct tax and the notes of indebtedness, in addition to the standing army are all forbidden by our constitution?
