Newsweek published "The World Hopes
for Its First President"
on November 1st for its November 10th issue. Its interesting to observe that significant parts of it read as if in the past tense.
Now, to the rest of the world America's election is about change but not just at home. Jonathan Freedland, a columnist for The Guardian in London, says the past seven years have been a long, painful public education for the world in the importance of decisions made by the United States. "Two wars and a global financial crisis—those events, at least to some extent, had their origins in decisions taken in Washington." What's more, the connection between the world and the occupant of the Oval Office has become deeply personal, says Constanze Stelzenmüller, director of the Berlin office of the German Marshall Fund. "In a globalized world," she says, "America's president can shape lives worldwide. He is our president, too."
That would be true, up to a point, of any occupant of the highest office in the United States at a time of American pre-eminence in the world. But with Obama, supported as he is by overwhelming majorities abroad, the connection is stronger than it would be with any other incoming president, the affection more deeply personal and the significance of his election much more intense.
Today, French national daily Le Monde proclaims "Obama’s victory ushers in a new American Dream".
Germany’s tabloid Bild-Zeitung requests "Good morning, Mr President! Make the world better".
Recall that I alerted you to Webster Tarpley's June statement that the Trilateral Commission (a Pilgrim Society organization) was back in control, and their ultimate target was Russia? (E-mail) Today, TimesOnline reports that Russia's President Dmitri Medvedev on the day after the election, "Orders missiles Deployed in Europe".
In the same E-mail I noted the significance for Israel and the Middle East noting that Pilgrim controlled CFR is reviving "1948: A History of the First Arab-Israeli War. Benny Morris", as the most accurate account of the reality in the ME, and discounting all the propaganda of the intervening 60 years..Now: "The left-leaning Haaretz newspaper says Obama’s best chance to make the Middle East peace process work lies in actively pushing Israel to quit the Golan Heights, disputed territory annexed from Syria 40 years ago. 'Even then, there is no guarantee of success, but at the moment, your best shot at a Nobel Peace Prize lies between Jerusalem and Damascus.'" - World Press Reaction
I have documented that the glue which binds all of this together is the Imperialist power operating through the British Commonwealth, better known as the Anglo-American dual world power. The Pilgrim Society (banking and finance), British-Israel (religious fundamentalism), Communism, Zionism, Intelligence agencies, the United Nations, the New Age and Agenda 21 Communitarianism are all front creations of (or on behalf of) the Commonwealth, all of them dominated by occult secret societies through whom is derived the Satanic power to rule. These visible organizations give the semblance of legitimacy to their activities. The tentacle's of power extended through thousands a sub-organizations provides a high degree of compartmentalization, and plausible deniability.
Therefore, it provides a variety of targets for opponents to expend their energies on. Its effectiveness is observable in Public Journalism which is the primary function of the Internet. Thousands of writers and researchers point to as many individuals, organizations and institutions as the cause of a thousand problems. Most of them are correct within the limits of their perspective, but they are too narrowly focused to identify the real source. Many of them are controlled assets of the ruling power.
Pilgrim member Walter Hines Page wrote The Rebuilding of Old Commonwealths in 1902, the same year the Pilgrims Society was founded (see updates HERE). In “THE POWER OF THE BRITISH COMMONWEALTH OVER THE WORLD”, Joan Veon writes about much of the history showing how this would be accomplished:
"The Commonwealth is the successor of the British Empire and has its origins in the Imperial Conferences of the 1920s. The Commonwealth was established as an association of free and equal states, and membership was based on common allegiance to the British Crown.
"The old British Empire, we are told, was dismantled after World War II beginning with India and the activities of Mohandas Gandhi. A number of the countries that have been de-colonized are republics. Because several left the Commonwealth, they established the London Declaration which provided for members to accept the British monarch as Head of the Commonwealth regardless of their domestic constitutional arrangements, and are now considered by many to be the start of the modern Commonwealth.

"Queen Elizabeth II is the nominal Head of the Commonwealth. Since 1965 there has been a London-based Secretariat. The current Commonwealth Secretary-General is the former New Zealand Foreign Minister Don McKinnon. The objectives of the Commonwealth were set down in The Harare Declaration of 1991. While it is not a long declaration, part of it is reprinted only to show that there really is no real reason for the UK to have the Commonwealth except to control the UN through the Commonwealth.

"You would think that if a country was de-colonized that Britain would have a “hands-off” policy. That is not the case. Every Commonwealth country that acknowledges the queen as head of state has a representative of the queen who is called a “Governor-General.” The Governor-General retains all the reserve powers that the Queen exercises in the UK which includes opening and closing parliament and abolishing parliament. Furthermore, the Governor-General appoints the prime minister and cabinet from the part with the most support from the House of Commons. In Canada, for example, the ten provinces all have a representative of the Queen! When Parliament is opened, both the prime minister and the Governor-General give a speech. The Governor-General delivers 'The Speech from the Throne.'”
The Commonwealth arrangement multiplies the British vote at the U.N.:
"When the UN was formed in 1945, Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom had three votes. As the UK de-colonized countries, they were made voting members of the United Nations. Then between 1946-1959 when the United Kingdom de-colonized a number of countries, their votes increased by four: Ghana, Malaysia, Pakistan and Sir Lanka. During 1960-1969, twenty more countries were de-colonized: Barbados, Botswana, Cameroon, Cyprus, Gambia, Guyana, Jamaica, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Maldives, Malta, Mauritius, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Swaziland, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda and Zambia. During 1970-79, ten more countries de-colonized: Bahamas, Bangladesh, Dominica, Fiji, Grenada, Mozambique, Papau New Guinea, Samoa, and Solomon Islands. During 1980-89, seven more countries de-colonized: Antigua and Barbuda, Belize, Brunei Darussalam, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Vanuatu, and Zimbabwe. The last country to de-colonize was Namibia."
By many accounts, Obama is controlled by British Intelligence. One of the most credible is Lyndon LaRouche Jr. who says Obama is a creation of British agent George Soros. In an article appearing in the Nov. 7 EIR he writes:
"The
looming danger, however, is that the British, having succeeded in getting "their man" into the U.S. Presidency, will decide that their objectives will best be accomplished by assassinating him." source
On the other hand, Obama will not be the President elect until the electors meet in mid December, and they are not obligated by the myth to vote according to the popular vote. Meanwhile there is a raging debate over his legitimacy as a natural born citizen and legal action may be pending. see OBAMA'S GAMBLE, and STOP THE ELECTION.
