"The specific stages of the Plan were "transmitted" in detail through Bailey directly from "Djwhal Khul", the Tibetan Master, beginning in the 1930s, but much of it was shared only with inner-circle disciples until 1975, when the NA leaders received instructions to go public.  Most of the agenda can be found in Alice Bailey's _Externalisation of the Hierarchy_.  Key NA disciples have released additional how-to books, such as H.G. Wells' _The Open Conspiracy_ and Barbara Marx Hubbard's _The Manual for Co-Creaters of the Quantum Leap_.

"The Plan is the organized program of the spiritual Hierarchy to get a selected portion of mankind to the "next evolutionary level". [Get more background info in the Humanity section.]  Since quality is vital for starting the next "root-race", only selected "starseed" people are designated to make the quantum leap into the next level of human transformation, but even these need careful preparation by more advanced spirits lest they "burn out" in the transition. The Plan is quite lengthy, and proposes many global changes, but here are facets that affect the Jewish people in some way.

THE SOURCE OF THE NEW GOVERNMENT 1700 AD

What was that absolutely novel discovery in a new form of government, derived from the free-thinking science following the second Dark Ages of the Holy Roman Empire? That amazing discovery which completely swept around the world and was accepted by everyone? And why was it stomped on and obliterated by the events of the American Civil War and thus was completely eliminated from any future governments around the world?

What you are about to read, you have never read before. It is not taught in schools, nor in any history classes, especially in America. It is not to be found in any books. But it is an absolute fact of history.

For over a century now, most people are taught that some white-haired old guys, called the "Founding Fathers" created the Constitution of the United States out of their own heads. Wrong. They didn't invent it. Most people are taught that because some old guys made the Constitution over 200 years ago, it is now obsolete. Wrong. Most people believe that they have "Rights," because of the Constitution. Wrong. The Constitution, and the Bill of Rights, only guarantee that the new American Congress will make NO laws to "Take Away Any of Your Rights." Read the Bill of Rights again. It says "Congress shall make no law..." The Constitution says absolutely nothing about giving anybody any rights. In fact, quite the contrary, it now clearly takes away ALL of your rights as a citizen.

"BROTHER JONATHAN" DESTROYED 1868 AD

Just after the American Civil War, the U.S. Congress did pass an "unconstitutional" law in the form of the 14th Amendment, which in fact, did take away all of your rights. The 14th Amendment states "All persons born in the US and under the jurisdiction thereof ... will have certain privileges and immunities." Nowhere in the wording of that very lengthy amendment does it use the word "rights." At that point in time, the rights of ALL American citizens had just been taken away by that amendment. That is the exact date when Brother Jonathan died.

That is not taught in American history classes. In fact, most students now are lied to about the meaning of the words in that amendment, if it is even discussed at all. Even students and all American citizens in 1867 were also lied to. I have carefully read many dozens of books written in the 1860's all centered around the debate of passing the 14th Amendment, each with arguments pro and con. It was pointed out in all those old books that the American public was being "tricked" by giving up all their rights of citizenship, for the "greater good" of giving equal "privileges and immunities" to the poor enslaved blacks in the South. That's a nice "trick" if you can pull it off.

The public in 1868, who like you, probably never read the complete wording of the very long amendment, was told that the amendment was about giving "equal rights" of citizenship to the black slaves. But the word "rights" and especially not "equal rights" does not appear anywhere in that amendment. The Amendment was passed by the States, and the amazing scientific discovery on which the American Constitution had been created, suddenly ceased to exist. What was that amazing scientific discovery which had swept around the world, like a flame of freedom, in the preceding century?

How does this fit with America's Destiny, and the destruction of the twin World Trade Center Towers on 9/11/2001?

I agree that the American Civil War, and particularly those post war events associated with Reconstruction marked a major turning point. However, we now know of at least two factions which were already in evidence at the nations founding. Ben Franklin's comment, "a republic if you can keep it" was a thinly veiled acknowledgment of the opposition.

Its difficult to argue the intent of the "founding fathers, but we can easily see how the factions are vying for control now, and from my position it looks as if they both want to same thing which is global dominance. They differ only in their preferred method of achieving it. One would have global socialism under a single world government, and the other would have global socialism under interdependent nations. Global Socialism is the objective.

Socialism argues that man needs benevolent oversight because he cannot deal with his freedom. That's why the founding fathers understood that the republic was an experiment. The experiment was a success, but we the people loose our freedom because we made too many demanded on the system which tends to prove the socialist view.

So, now they are taking back control, and we shall have global socialism for the absence of any semblance of real opposition. All supposed opposition is fighting some issue, and they are glued to it as Uncle Remus's Tar Baby.

What is accomplished in open warfare, destroying a nation’s infrastructure, has been accomplished today in America, without firing a shot.

The walls in our minds and a nation of government regulators “just doing their job,” are powerful forces that have allowed tyrants to conquer this great nation.

Our history since King George III is of secret powers and institutions that have seized control of the United States of America, the Republic, is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny, a New World Order, over these States...

...secret powers and institutions influence Congress and legislation, through special interests, for their benefit and the design to establish world government, being comprised of; the owners of the Federal Reserve System, the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the United Nations, the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), the Trilateral Commission, the Royal Institute for International Affairs (RIIA), the Club of Rome, various other secret societies and the international banking community.

To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world.

1. On July 28, 1868, Congress fraudulently ratified the 14th Amendment, closing the southern plantation to free the negro slaves and opened the federal plantation to make everyone slaves, altering our citizenship status to replace our Bill of Rights with a due process clause open to their interpretation and subsequent emasculation.
2. On February 25, 1913, the 16th Amendment to the Constitution (income tax) was, through their influence, signed into law. The income tax is an unconstitutional direct tax on peoples’ wages, thereby transferring the assets of the American People to the government and the International Bankers.
3. On December 23, 1913, the delegated authority of Congress to be responsible for the nation’s currency was, through their influence, illicitly, unconstitutionally and treasonously surrendered to the private Federal Reserve Corporation, whose class A stockholders are various international bankers. Nowhere does the Constitution allow for a private institution to issue our currency and charge interest for it.
4. They intentionally shorted the money supply in the national money markets in 1929, forcing the United States of America into the Great Depression of the 1930s.
5. They influenced the People, and Congress, to adopt the charter of the United Nations, a world governing body, without constitutional authority.
6. They influenced the passage of the North American Free Trade Agreement in 1993, allowing unfair trade practices that benefit the elite corporations and encourage American industrial flight to foreign countries with cheap labor.
7. They have influenced the imposition of federal mandates on every local and state entity in the nation through binding federal funding, nullifying the protection of the 10th Amendment and States rights along with our most fundamental concept of government that reserves “Power to the People.”
8. They have influenced the creation of a two-tier accounting structure of all local, state and federal agencies that deliberately conceal from the People excessive amounts of investment funds not shown in annual budget statements, but are hidden in the Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports.
9. They have, through their influence and under the pretense of emergencies which they themselves have created, erected a multitude of new offices to harass the People, and eat out their substance, along with expanded search and seizure laws that further erode our constitutional rights.
10. They have made judges dependent on their will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.
11. They have subjected the People, through their influence, to a jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution (admiralty rather than common law), taking away our charters, abolishing our most valuable laws and altering fundamentally the forms of our government, forcing our assent to their acts of pretended legislation.
12. They have deprived us, in many cases, of the benefits of trial by jury, dictating what law must be considered in trial, or through intimidation and threats of extreme sentences.
13. They have protected their own by mock trials, from punishment for wrongs which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States.
14. They have established control of every significant news source in America, depriving the People of unbiased and truthful reporting.
15. They have manipulated the American People to favor the candidate of their choosing through control of the syndicated media.
16. They have manipulated world markets, allowing themselves unfair advantage over their competitors while enhancing avenues to plunder and/or extort a nation’s natural resources.
17. They have forced the American People, through their influence, to underwrite the financial blunders of politicians and elite corporate interests.
18. They influenced the introduction of environmental laws that overregulate small business enterprise, rendering them incapable of competing with elite corporations.
19. They have influenced lax enforcement of immigration laws, allowing illegal immigration to overburden government agencies while inundating the labor markets, driving wages down, and reducing the voting power of Americans.
20. They have protected the illegal drug trade, and “their” profits, while allowing proliferation that has destroyed the moral fabric of American society.
21. They have influenced and allowed secret research experiments, effecting the physical and mental health of the People across the nation.
22. They had advance knowledge of, and allowed the attacks to occur on the ocean liner Lusitania, Pearl Harbor, the Oklahoma City Federal Building and the World Trade Center (twice).
23. They have involved America in foreign wars, without a declaration of war, for the protection of elite corporate interests and profits.
24. They have financed both sides of every significant war in recent history, advancing the design for world government.

becoming the "useless eaters", or "steaks on the table" (in a self 
fulfilling prophetic way) for their owners to dispose of at their pleasure.

In addition to a plethora of religions, it has also given us self determination, independence, democratic governments, and big business, and along with all, the problems which undeniably have their roots in these things. The easy way of belief leads to destruction while the narrow way leads to life as Jesus and all the prophets and other wise men have tried to tells us."
