The dual nature of the present system invites us to choose between the options it offers. I have shown that these options attempt to force us to choose the lesser evil . They operate on both the physical and the spiritual plane involving government, religion, and include the sciences. Every one of us is able to point out glaring discrepancies in each of these areas. In some cases this may be traceable to a deficiency of knowledge, but the current explosion of knowledge in these areas, coupled with the fact that things continue to become more complex and confusing, testifies that this is not the path to a solution of mans many problems.

The reason for that may be reduced to a very simple answer. All the possible solutions offered lie within the realm of familiarity and are bases on systems and beliefs that don't work, or don't work well. They are bound up with our fears, and beliefs in government, religion and many other things. All those areas of life that we interact with are part of Satan's system which the True God has vowed to bring to destruction. I'm sorry if this causes distress, but we need to deal with the facts.

All of our problems are rooted in a spiritual source, of which there are primarily two, but one is an original while the other is a pure phony. Not a mirage, it's real enough, but it has no legitimacy, and is built upon fraud and deception. The problem before all people of all nations and cultures is to choose between these two sources. This is the only legitimate choice there is. All other options are fraudulent smokescreens to prevent us from seeing the only true choice set before us. To further complicate things, the illegitimate source offers a plethora of options. It is therefore crucial that we be able to group them all under a single heading and reject them all. For that you need knowledge of how they work. They are all the same, there is nothing new under the sun, they all rely on deception. ~

It is clear from the preceding discussion that "community-arianism" is far from a common-sense notion. It is neither easy to define nor self evidently good. However, the notion is far from vacuous, and does have the potential to offer some useful guidance for social and political life in the post-modern Western world. It is an important problematic, a sensitizing concept on which to build our subsequent discussion. It is therefore as a problematic rather than as a manifesto that we shall consider and evaluate it.

These two decisions on the same day, IRS fraud and the loss of property rights, seem to be a balancing act of some kind. They're robbing us blind with one hand while offering a special treat with the other.

My analysis of the IRS ruling incorporates information gathered over the period of many years. How long have they talked about tax reform?. When "they" start talking such a line, we had better keep an eye on the other hand, and ask ourselves where the real action is.

Everyone who cared enough to pay attention already knew the legal issues with the IRS tax scam. The government, hoping to avoid having to admit any wrong, denied everything. The fact is the federal  government has no constitutional authority to collect a direct tax from the people. They can tax the states only if it's apportioned according to population, but that would be an unthinkable political risk, because that's where all the votes are. They tried floating other balloons such as a flat tax, sales tax, etc. so far with no success.

This may be a diversion from the crashing economy, the Downing Street Memos leak, or a number of other things, But here is the real danger. It could be a precursor of introducing new powerful legislation such as a constitution amendment authorizing a direct tax. There are so many "patriots" now who believe their taxes go for a good cause, it could happen.

Another possibility which I think would be a brilliant move, given the financial condition of the several states. What if they suddenly decided to simply obey the constitution, riding the wave they have already started? There will obviously be a new wave of calls for tax reform following the courts decision. What if the states which are already overrun by communists and socialist (a fact not unknown by the courts), collude together to implement a tax similar to the income tax. Most state funding now comes from the fed and this would tend to reverse the flow, "keeping the money at home", which would be a very popular idea. Then the fed taxes the states for whatever they need. It would all have the appearance of constitutionality, but there would be no relief in sight for the working classes. This would give a boost to local political hacks and would leave the nice folks in Washington totally unscathed. Something like this is what I think is coming soon.

Our constitution established a federal government which functioned as a servant of the people. The people were sovereign citizens of one of the several states united and the job of the federal government was to protect and regulate commercial intercourse between the several states, and deal with foreign powers. No state could exercise any of those powers "delegated" to the federal government, and the federal government could not exercise any powers NOT delegated. It exercised authority exclusively over those state governments (not the people) which decided to join under it. It had absolutely zero authority over the people of any state. The only government directly affecting the people resided in the states capitals. The highest official elected directly by the people was the County Sheriff. All other government agencies (state and federal) had to come through him before interacting directly with the people. That protective barrier, a standard feature of the united states as a republic is unknown in the Democratic Socialist State (singular) of "America". This fact alone is positive proof that the constitutional republic both demanded and established by the Constitution of 1789 is no more.

Since the constitution does not apply to a democratic government and is therefore NOT legally binding on a democratic government, the Democratic Socialist State of "America" has no constitution. The sworn oaths to uphold one are empty and dead on arrival. Most politicians who take this oath are either ignorant of the facts, or well aware that it is for show only.

In 1984, while working as charge nurse in the intensive care unit, a 20-year-old man asked, “Can you give my mother enough morphine to let her sleep away?” I was horrified. “I can not kill your mother,” I responded. That was only the beginning. Recently, an 80-year-old was admitted to the emergency room and the physician said, “LET’S DEHYDRATE HER”; one more patient was sentenced to die in hospice with NO TERMINAL DIAGNOSIS and once again, THE LIVING WILL determined the death of a 70-year-old man regardless of how he pleaded to live. I can no longer remain silent.

    Your life may be in danger if you are admitted to a hospital, especially if you are over 65 or have a chronic illness or a disability. The elderly are frequently dying three days after being admitted to the hospital. Some attribute it to “old age syndrome” while others admit that overdosing is all too common. Euthanasia is not legal but it is being practiced. Last year the New England Journal of Medicine reported that 1 in 5 critical care nurses admit to having hastened the death of the terminally ill! I believe the percentage is much higher. I have worked with nurses who even admit to overdosing their parents. No one knows the exact euthanasia rate in the United States, however Dr. Dolan from the University of Minnesota states that 40 percent of all reported deaths is probably a conservative estimation. History discloses seven precedent High Cultures to us. Their gestation-periods were morphologically identical, as were their birth-pangs, their first life-activities, their growth, their mature stages, their great Civilization-crises, their final life-forms, the gradual relaxing, the coming to each of a time when one had to say, looking at the landscape where the mighty being had fulfilled itself, that it was no longer, that it had died. This realization gives extreme pain to the "Pessimism" wailers, and I know of no remedy for their pain. These seven Cultures are dead — it would have been much more remarkable if they had gone on forever.

But our Civilization is itself a stage of a High Culture, the Culture of the West. Its millennium of history shows that it is an individual organism belonging to the Life-form High Culture. Can fact-thinkers pretend that it belongs to the Life-form but has no Life-span?

It is curious that the Pessimism-wailers, who denied the Culture would ever die, also denied the organic nature of a Culture. In other words, they also denied it lives. Their materialism compelled them to the last, their cowardice to the first. Most important about all their attitudes was that they did not understand the central idea of the 20th century outlook.

As I write — 1948 — these cowardly pessimists lord it over the submerged Western Civilization, propped up by extra-European forces. They pretend that all is well, now that Europe is the spoils for powers from without, sunk to the level of India and China. The 20th century spirit, however, which they hate because it is young and full of Life, intends to sweep them one day soon into History's dust-bin, whither they were long since consigned. Theirs is the attitude — Do nothing. And yet they have the temerity to brand the representatives of the 20th century spirit with the positive attitude of accomplishment as "Pessimists." The materialists and Liberals talk of "return" to better conditions — always return. The new spirit commands: Forward to our greatest Age of all.

This age and its spirit would not shrink from entering upon its task of building the Empire of the West even if it were told that the outer forces are too strong, that they will never succeed.

It prefers to die on its feet rather than live on its knees, like the materialists and other cowards who now make themselves serviceable to the outsiders in their great task of looting and destroying the Western Civilization.

The great ethical imperative of this age is individual truth-to-self, both for the Civilization and its leading persons. To this imperative, an unfavorable situation could never bring about an adaptation of one's self to the demands of the outsider, merely in order to live in slavish peace. One asserts himself, determined on personal victory, against whatever odds exist. The promise of success is with the man who is determined to die proudly if it is no longer possible to live proudly.

From the standpoint of the whole life of the organism this stage is a crisis, for the whole idea of the Culture itself is attacked, and the custodians of the Culture must wage a battle of more than two centuries against inner attacks, in class war. Down beneath the Culture, the idea awakens in the minds of intellectuals that this Culture is a thing that must be done away with, that man is an animal and is corrupted by development of his soul. Philosophies appear, denying the existence of anything but matter; life is defined as a physico-chemical process; its twin-urges are economic and reproductive; anything above this level is sinful. Both from the economic leaders and from the class-warriors comes the doctrine that all life is nothing but economics. From self-styled "psychologists" comes the doctrine that life is nothing but reproduction.
