Communitarianism vs. Synarchism:
The Left and Right of One-Worldism
by Bobby Garner
September 7, 2004
The U. S. Constitution was the most "liberal" political document of it's time amid Monarchy, Empire, and Dictatorships. Whatever you happen to think about it, one thing is clear. It constituted an entirely new concept in government, peerless, having no vestige of it's competitors. Yet somehow, through political rhetoric and other propaganda ploys by British empiricist "dead universe" advocates Sir Isaac Newton and John Locke, East India Company propagandist Adam Smith et al, conservatism at least in the public view became the standard bearer of the "American way" of life, as Rush Limbaugh and many others have articulated much better than I could. As a result, the modern concept of liberalism is very different from that of the founding fathers. This new liberalism finally found is footing most notably in the years immediately following the second world war, and built up a real head of steam in the decade of the 1960's with the anti-establishment counter-cultural revolution which dominated the social/political scene for the balance of the past century.
The counter-cultural revolution of the 1960's[1] basically ended with the collapse of the Soviet Union. The groundwork for the New World Order was pretty much complete, "Communism had served it purpose, and was declared dead. Then at some point in the 1990's something happened. We all wondered what it was, and between the two dominate political camps of conservatism and liberalism, there was a lot of finger pointing and blame (which continues). Gridlock became a household word as early as the first Reagan administration. All this should be characterized as a "divide and conquer"[2] tactic instigated by unrecognized outside influences.
These external influences may be defined by two general labels: Communitarianism and Synarchism. If you find these terms to be rather unfamiliar, then welcome to the world of deception. The Hegelian Dialectic is the tool used to apply these "external influences" while providing the appearance of a natural "evolutionary" process. Manipulating the naturally occurring contradictions (the dialectic thesis) in society, is the preferred method of application. This creates dissatisfaction[3] within human relationships which in turn become problems in need of a solution i.e. the dialectic antithesis. The Hegelian Dialectic is not a process, nor is it the end of a process. It is a tool used for artificially introducing social change which appears to follow the naturally occurring process which normally happens over a period of many generations. The Dialectic discovered/invented by Hegel and modified by Marx, is a social engineer's Swiss army knife used for artificially introducing social change over a short period of time.
Communitarianism, is the popular political philosophy for shaping society to a "values" based socialist order, as opposed to republican order by the "rule of law". Synarchism is a parallel political philosophy which openly embraces universal fascism, as first defined by Leo Strauss, the mentor of today's neocons. As we shall see, these two new methods of political process have certain features which make them compatible, if not totally dependent on one another. This suggests that they are both the product of one overall plan which presents only the appearance of conflict between them. Together, they allow the dialectical synthesis of a new socio/political order. So, the choice is not going to be one or the other, although it will likely be presented that way. Most will be deceived by it just as they now are with the two party system, with one exception. It will not produce the large scale dropout rate which is a feature of the two party system. Dialog and consensus has already become the favored method of political intercourse. When the system is fully implemented, it will be the only option, and will likely impose mandatory participation. This should in no way be confused with democracy. Dialog and consensus is a process where the moderator has the most influence, and the final authority. Communitarian "Moral dialogues are largely about values". Therefore there is no black/white, yes/no option. No number can be assigned to it.
Third Way governments do best when they resist the rush to legislate good behavior. When there is a valid need to modify behavior, the state should realize that relying on informal community-based processes is preferable to relying on the law." - A Third Way to a Good Society, emphasis added
Neither Communitarianism or Synarchism are associated with the traditional liberal-conservative, Republican-Democratic, left-right political thought, but rather completely new political philosophies, both introduced within the appearance of, but outside of, any legitimate governmental authority, through political intrigues. This is the real basis for the claim that communism died with the collapse of the Soviet Union. That proclamation served a twofold purpose, 1) to marshal the assets and resources of one-worldism, and 2) to pacify the populations, and put them into a deep form of hypnosis.
Today's news headlines reflect the conflict which is raging between these two camps. They are the extreme right and the extreme left of the political spectrum. In one camp we have the, Marxist, political left, Communitarian, neo-liberal, socialism. This camp supports United Nations Sustainable Development, and for clarity, I identify it as "Faction 1" of One-Worldism. In the other, we have Hegelian (end of history)[4], political right, Synarchist, neo-con, Fascism. This camp supports Imperialism and Empire, which I identify as Faction 2.
Both Hegel and Marx believed that the evolution of human societies was not open-ended, but would end when mankind had achieved a form of society that satisfied its deepest and most fundamental longings. Both thinkers thus posited an "end of history": for Hegel this was the liberal state, while for Marx it was a communist society. - An Introduction to The End of History
Synarchism - The Faction 2, Synarchist, Fascist, neo-conservatives do not believe in the principles of a "Republic" as guaranteed by our Constitution.
Anton Chaitkin writes in Synarchy Against America, under the subheading of "America Is Not Possible!": Addressing de Maistre's Considerations, entitled "Can the French Republic Last?":
In this fourth chapter, de Maistre insisted that "nature and history together prove that a large indivisible republic is an impossibility ... a large and free nation cannot exist under a republican government." He "proves" this assertion: "If we are told that a die thrown a billion times had never turned up anything but five numbers—1, 2, 3, 4, and 5—could we believe that there was a 6 on one of the faces? NO ... one of the faces is blank or ... one of the numbers is repeated.... Fortune tirelessly throwing the die for over four thousand years. Has LARGE REPUBLIC ever been rolled? No. Therefore that number is not on the die."
Again Anton Chaitkin:
As the influence of America's sovereign-nation success began transforming Germany, in 1878, the students of d'Olivet and de Maistre were formed into the distinctive movement which was to become known as Synarchism. Saint-Yves d'Alveydre, in his book, Mission des Souverains, continued de Maistre's attack, calling the 1648 Peace of Westphalia "an anarchistic Republic of powers armed against each other, ... that the fundamental law of the sovereignty of force obliges, under penalty of death, to function in this fashion, until the abrogation and replacement of this law by a better one." The "better law", Synarchism, is the dissolution of nations in the night of bankers' dictatorship. - Synarchy Against America
The "banker dictatorship", which many would define as "the Rothchild's", sits at the top of human governments over the entire globe. However they are not the source of power. The source from which they derive their power, is the same source which extended the same offer to Jesus of Nazareth, Satan the Devil. - Matthew 4: 8,9
Chaitkin continues...
For Hegel, the cycle—witless Jacobin mobs, tyrants, and again, when necessary, new mobs—was now to be the permanent form of governing powerless mankind. (The pathetic Francis Fukuyama directly revived Hegel's end-of-history filth for today's neo-conservatives.)
The menace now confronting humanity from Washington's Cheney-Rumsfeld regime is a usurpation of power by financier terror leaders; the final, mad phase of a two-centuries-long project—to counteract the stunning success of the American Revolution and America's intervention in world affairs. This enemy totalitarian project came to be self-named, about a century ago, as "Synarchism."
To defeat it requires historical understanding, which can never consist merely of stupid lists of crimes and plots, however complex. It must instead be the story of the central fight for man's mind—and for the strategic direction of nations—over the question: Does the Creator give man Reason to shape scientific and social progress, or must "authority" manage men, as indistinguishable from beasts? - Synarchy Against America
Communitarianism - is an interesting study of the Hegelian Dialectic in action! In the following quote from an essay at Stanford University, it's easy to see why people such as Bill Moyers, Ralph Nader, and many other's who once held the spotlight, and whom we associated with the liberal left, are spiting mad about the general condition of politics today. They are being blamed for all the problems introduced by the '60's counter-cultural revolution which they helped introduce, and rightly so, but they were in fact used as pawns in this global Communitarian agenda, and unwittingly played a large role in laying it's foundation. Nader has joined the Green party, and many former liberals have identified with other third party movements, but it appears that they still don't realize what really happened to them. They are all going the way of the old hippies, no longer useful, they have been discarded by their controllers. Notice how communitarians feed on this "liberal" failure.
Whatever the soundness of liberal principles, in other words, the fact remains that many communitarians seem[s] worried by a perception that traditional liberal institutions and practices have contributed to, or at least do not seem up to the task of dealing with, such modern phenomena as alienation from the political process, unbridled greed, loneliness, urban crime, and high divorce rates. - Communitarianism: The Politics of Community
Addressing the identity or definition of the Communitarian community, this essay continues:
Communitarians begin by positing a need to experience our lives as bound up with the good of the communities out of which our identity has been constituted. This excludes contingent attachments such as golf-club memberships, that do not usually bear on ones sense of identity and well-being (the co-authors of Habits of the Heart[42] employ the term ‘lifestyle enclaves’ to describe these attachments). Unlike pre-modern defenders of Gemeinshaft, however, it is assumed that there are many valued forms of communal life in the modern world. So the distinctive communitarian political project is to identify valued forms of community and to devise policies designed to protect and promote them...
They have identified three such "valued forms", they are...
Communities of place, or communities based on geographical location. This is perhaps the most common meaning associated with the word community. In this sense, community is linked to locality, in the physical, geographical sense of a community that is located somewhere.
Communities of memory, or groups of strangers who share a morally-significant history. This term first employed by the co-authors of Habits of the Heart refers to imagined communities that have a shared history going back several generations... They include the nation and language-based ethnocultural groups, various nation-building exercises meant to nourish the bonds of commonality that tie people to their nations... "These political measures have been widely discussed in the recent literature on nationalism, citizenship, and multiculturalism."
Psychological communities, or communities of face-to-face personal interaction governed by sentiments of trust, co-operation, and altruism. Includes, persons who participate in common activity and experience a psychological sense of togetherness "The family is the prototypical example", policies designed to protect and promote ties to the family and family-like groups, restructure education in such a way that peoples deepest needs in membership and participation in psychological communities are tapped at a young age, school system in Japan, where students learn about group cooperation and benefits and rewards are assigned to the classroom as a whole rather than to individual students, could be a useful model.
- Communitarianism: The Politics of Community
A lot more detail is included in these definitions. Notice that the traditional "family" is considered only a "prototype", or "proof of concept", but the production model for the future will be the collective where "benefits and reward" are shared as a group rather than individually.
The Anti-Communitarian League: Research & Analysis of the Ultimate Third Way, Provides some significant background on the beginnings of modern-day communitarianism:
Modern-day communitarianism began in the upper reaches of Anglo-American academia in the form of a critical reaction to John Rawls landmark 1971 book A Theory of Justice.[1] Drawing primarily upon the insights of Aristotle and Hegel, political philosophers such as Alasdair MacIntyre, Michael Sandel, Charles Taylor and Michael Walzer disputed Rawls assumption that the principal task of government is to secure and distribute fairly the liberties and economic resources individuals need to lead freely chosen lives. These critics of liberal theory never did identify themselves with the communitarian movement (the communitarian label was pinned on them by others, usually critics)[2], much less offer a grand communitarian theory as a systematic alternative to liberalism. Nonetheless, certain core arguments meant to contrast with liberalisms devaluation of community recur in the works of the four theorists named above,[3] and for purposes of clarity one can distinguish between claims of three sorts: methodological claims about the importance of tradition and social context for moral and political reasoning, ontological or metaphysical claims about the social nature of the self, and normative claims about the value of community.
It's a new dawn. Today our elected and un-elected government servants operate under an entirely new purpose and goal. Knowingly and unknowingly they passed new regulations that eliminated individual protections formerly guaranteed by U.S. laws. It was our own fellow Americans who “balanced” the U.S. Bill of Rights against the Communist Manifesto. Assisted by international change agents, Americans themselves agreed to do it. They were duped into balancing individual freedom against communism and somehow (incredibly) they ALL came up with communitarianism.
Every "grassroots" movement in the U.S. came up with the exact same communitarian solutions. It's really an amazing thing. So, now we have two legal systems in the United States. One is for show, the other is for real. We're charged under communitarian laws, and we try to defend ourselves using U.S. law. We lose every time. Americans have no due process under the new laws. It's gone so far that in some places the new government wants to eliminate public voting altogether, especially for deciding on on new communitarian laws.(a) Our constitutional parameters for changing the Bill of Rights are just outdated, and a barrier to global government.
Introduced inside Congressional legislation, state legislation, regional plans, and community and rural redevelopment plans, many new laws quietly balance Americans' individual rights against the communist vision of the “common good.” The whole country's been hoodwinked into accepting the new law without ever being told a thing about where the new laws came from. If we do ever find out, and we find it upsetting, they assure us we should just get over it.
"What!?" we say when we first find out. Then, we either refuse to believe it, (and some prefer to shoot the messenger rather than believe it) or we argue. "That's impossible. Nobody told us that. It was never a top story on the nightly news. It wasn't in the papers. There were no commercials promoting the changes. There were no public service announcements. It couldn't happen here because they had to ask us first. We certainly never voted on it. The citizens in our country clearly did NOT agree to change our rule of law."
But you see, the communitarians knew we would never agree to eliminate the Bill of Rights. So, without ever announcing it, they began quietly importing global communitarian programs into our communities over 25 years ago. It was accomplished under what their Fabian mentors called, "a slow march through the institutions." Think about all the new laws you know about, and the new laws you hear about every day. Think about the fact that we have more people in prison per capita than any other nation in the world. Where are the criminals going to come from who will guarantee Wall Street investors a 95% fill rate in all these new private prisons? - Let's Have a Communitarian Holiday! - Let's Have a Communitarian Holiday!
The two competing political philosophies then in one way or the other lead to the suppression of individual freedom, liberties, and rights. These things which the founders of the U.S. Constitution assumed to be from the Creator and thus inalienable, are to be stripped away under the delusion that they belong to the collective. If the individual is thus enslaved to the communal group, then the group itself (society as a whole) is likewise enslaved. The freedoms and liberties we have enjoyed apply only to the individual, and cannot be shared.
The "competition" between them is both shallow and superficial, yet highly destructive and deadly. There are several facets actually, but the two main features are left-right local/national politics, and division between opposing nations, which has the appearance of contesting the issue of one world government. We saw a dramatic example of this in the UN debate preceding the Iraq invasion as an escalation of the war on terrorism following the destruction of the World Trade Center and the Pentagon on September 11, 2001. All of which provide fertile ground for confusion and conflict, in total compliance with Samuel B. Huntington's "Clash of Civilizations"[5] perpetual war philosophy. So, we have the element of division, yet we can easily see that both have the same ultimate objectives which amounts to absolute global control. In fact, both are necessary not only to bring about world government, but also to maintain it. So, these supposed opposites must be seen as two halves of the whole of One- Worldism.
Also figurings heavily into the picture, is the level of cooperation which exists between these supposed opposites. One directed to the social concerns of the new order which should be seen as a civil pacification program. The other is the political muscle to enforce and maintain the new paradigm. So what will this future look like?
In the political sphere synarchism unfolds as a strange paradox of fundamental contradictions, such Nazi-Communism. The modern world is presently choked in the stranglehold of numerous such paradoxes of contradictory pursuits, each of which represents a total denial of the existence of universal principles reflected in the universe and in the humanity of mankind. In this sense, synarchism is really nothing more than a form of anarchism that is cleverly hidden behind the cloak of many disguises. Like anarchism, its general goal is to eradicate legitimate government that functions on the basis of universal principles. The synarchist approach towards this goal, is usually to creating chaos by means of irrational impositions for the purpose of conditioning society for the imposition of imperial rule.
Fascism is a modern term for synarchism which pertains primarily to the political domain. Lyndon LaRouche suggests that the term fascism was drawn from the term the Roman Empire had coined for its legions, the "faces." Thus, fascism represents the synarchism of the countless face of Rome who terrorized society into submission. That was the imperial goal. - Anarchism Synarchism Fascism: threats to civilization
Fukuyama believed that the end of history would come at the zenith of the 1960 to the 1990's liberal movement. I don't believe he foresaw the neo-conservative movement as communitarian or synarchist third way politics. The Neo-Cons however, did seize upon his ideas and proceeded to make them their own. Nevertheless, I think his outlook presents a fairly accurate picture of the future as planned be the "hidden hand"
...the universal victory of liberal values would mean an end to ideological conflict, Fukuyama himself is ambivalent towards this outcome because he believes that an end to human ideological competition would also mean an end to human achievement ad creativity. As he puts it.
"The end of history will be a very sad time. The struggle for recognition, the willingness to risk one's life for a purely abstract goal, the worldwide ideological struggle that called forth daring, courage, imagination, and idealism, will be replaced by economic calculation, the endless solving of technical problems, environmental concerns, and the satisfaction of sophisticated consumer demands. In the post-historical period there will be neither art nor philosophy, just the perpetual caretaking of the museum of human history" - SPACE,WORLD GOVERNMENT, AND "THE END OF HISTORY"
There can be no question of which side to support. As we have seen, both are working together in a contradictory pseudo conflicting sort of way, and civilization is the loser regardless of who wins. 9-11 was the major turning point that set the final stage in motion, with the war on terror setting the pace for the foreseeable future. Their goal for a target date, is 2021, thus "Agenda 21", but as we can already see, a lot of suffering is already being felt, and we should expect it to become far more widespread.
The wakeup alarm has been sounding for many years now, some have aroused from their sleep, and a few are still responding. In all cases, the shock from the realization of the reality, is compounded by the confusion of those ringing the bell. It's as if they are all shouting RUN!, but pointing in different directions. It's probably too late to do anything about that at this late date. If we have not reached the point of no return, then it must surely be fast approaching. It seems to me that the planners of all this are desperate to get the job done before too many catch on. From the looks of it, they still have some time.
The worlds education systems have been extremely instrumental, playing a crucial role in bringing us to this point. One of those who sounded an early alarm was Charlotte Iserbyt, the consummate whistleblower having served in the Reagan Administration in the capacity of Senior Policy Advisor in the Office of Educational Research and Improvement (OERI), U.S. Department of Education. Author of "the deliberate dumbing down of america", and many other articles, as well as a website by that name. Millions have been exposed to this information, yet it went unheeded. If we had been more attentive, perhaps a whole generation of our youth could have been rescued by now.
I would like to end this dirge on a positive note, but all I have to offer at this point is pay attention to yourselves and those you love. Get your children out of the public schools. Get out of the big cities. Forget about the hardships imposed by having a single income, let Mom care for the children at home, preferably in a country setting.
Forget about the religions, they have sold you down the river. Study the life of Jesus Christ, and do as he did, not as your religious leaders say. Ritual and ceremony is of no value. Acts of kindness[6] to friend and neighbor and knowledge of God[7] and his purpose, and acting accordingly, are the only things which really matter. Pay attention to those things which will set you absolutely apart from this world, and it's total corruption.
If you will dig into some of the material I have linked to, you will also find that the "New Age" universal/group conscieousness movement is the third and spiritual feature of the planned future. The Satanic, ocult mysticism of centuries past is being revived with a vengence, it has infiltrated many religions, and is misleading what may be called a hord of believers. It must be believed, since the metaphysical nature of it coupled with the lack of experimentally repeatable scientific physical evidence renders it unprovable, and thus unknowable. Those who claim knowledge eventually admit getting it through a "channel", in the same way as many mainstream religious leaders claim to hear God speaking to them. True knowledge comes through the God given mental function of "cognition", through which we have the power of reason.
Know the prophecies, but forget about understanding the details. Just know that the fulfillments are coming. When it happens, you will recognize it. That was always the true purpose of any prophecy. If you have believed that scientific knowledge of universal physical principles is carnal (of the flesh), then you have believed yet another lie which has stood between you and the knowledge of the creation which is declaring the glory of God[8]. If you had not believed this lie, you would have the knowledge to know[9] (not believe) that man is truly made in the image of God, and what that implies for our individual responsibility.
This world is run by lies and deceptions, and we are not to be merely spectators as though we are observing a magicians performance, believing everything we see. Some rudimentary knowledge of how things work is essential for seeing through the lies, and developing the moral fitness for the survival of the end of this system. Study Lyndon LaRouche's writings, especially his older material available from eir.com. He is a very intelligent man, knowledgable and articulate. Get over your sit-com, and Saturday morning cartoon induced short attention span and study, not just read as you would skim through the daily news. This is not a recommendation of his politics, but he is an extremely rare individual who has taken seriously and cultivated his ability to both understand and generate original thoughts over a long lifetime, which is something we all have the God given ability to do.
I have faith that there is a higher power who will intervene on behalf of those individuals who qualify according to his high moral standards as this destructive plan is fully implemented. The "appointed time of the nations"[10], for the end of their rule has come. God's Kingdom has arrived and must rule[11], not only in the hearts of men, which is another lie people have believed, but also over this planet Earth[12]. At some point, he will draw the line. When he acts, you will want to be on his side, because he will be the victor. The purveyors of this evil plan must submit to his sovereign authority[13]. If you are waiting for the rapture, you will be among the most disappointed, because that belief has caused you to ignore all the warnings. If you thought God was fulfilling his own prophecies, and therefore should not, or could not be opposed, then you have believed another lie which prevented you from acquiring the knowledge which would have the capacity to save you. You would have acquired the knowledge to know that Satan, God's chief adversary is the one responsible for the woes coming upon this Earth.
If I am an alarmist, then I will wear that as a badge of honor. I hope I haven't persuaded you to believe anything. Get the knowledge!

Footnotes:
1. Roger Kimball in his book,"The Long March", shows how the "cultural revolution" of the 1960s and '70s took hold in America. Kimball believes that the counterculture transformed high culture as well as our everyday life in terms of attitudes toward self and country, sex and drugs, and manners and morality. He saw the seductive personalities who articulated its goals, Allen Ginsberg, Norman Mailer, Timothy Leary, Susan Sontag, Eldridge Cleaver and other "cultural revolutionaries" as the primary factor in this dramatic change.
2. Divide and conquer is adapted from the divide-and rule policy of the British Raj playing off Hindus against Muslims. The British Raj is an informal term for the period of British rule of the Indian subcontinent, Pakistan and Bangladesh. It lasted from 1858, when the rule of the British East India Company was transferred to the Crown, until 1947, when the independence of India and Pakistan was granted. - encyclopedia.thefreedictionary.com
3. Much more promising in most cases than philosophizing as a way of securing initial interest in deliberate social change is capitalizing upon dissatisfaction. Men do not change their social arrangements so long as they are perfectly satisfied with them. Dissatisfaction with existing conditions seems to be a prerequisite for intentional change. - Utilization of Dissatisfaction
4. In 1989 Francis Fukuyama, a former deputy director of the US State Department's Policy Planning Staff, published a remarkable essay entitled "The End of History?" in an obscure American journal. The essence of Fukuyama's argument (subsequently expanded in his book The End of History and the Last Man is that liberal democracy marks an endpoint in the evolution of human political organisation, and, as such, may indicate arrival at 'the end of history' in the sense postulated by the nineteenth-century German philosopher Georg Hegel - SPACE,WORLD GOVERNMENT, AND "THE END OF HISTORY"

6. If anyone thinks to be religious among you, yet not bridling his tongue, but deceiving his heart, this one's religion is vain. 12. For the upright shall live in the land, and the perfect shall remain in it. But the wicked shall be cut off from the earth, and the transgressors shall be rooted out of it. - Proverbs 2: 21,22
13. Why have the nations raged and the peoples are meditating on vanity? The kings of the earth set themselves; yea, the rulers have plotted together against Jehovah and His Anointed, saying, We will break their bands in two, and throw off their cords from us. He who sits in the heavens shall laugh; the Lord shall mock at them.
5 Then He will speak to them in His anger, and He will terrify them in His wrath; Yea, I have set My king on My holy mount on Zion.
I will declare concerning the statute of Jehovah: He said to Me, You are My Son. Today I have begotten You. Ask of Me, and I will give the nations as Your inheritance; and the uttermost parts of the earth as Your possession. You shall break them with a rod of iron; You shall dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel.
Now, then, be wise, O kings; be taught, O judges of the earth: Serve Jehovah with fear; yea, rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, and you perish from the way, when His wrath is kindled but a little. Oh the blessings of all those who flee to Him for refuge! - Psalms Chapter 2
