A Blueprint For "Social Engineering"
by Bobby Garner
July 20, 2004
I receive E-mail from sincere people wanting to know what I think about some social or political issue such as healthcare, education, the environment, chemtrails, new diseases, etc. I just responded to one dealing with the problems in education. The following was my response:
The problem I try to focus people's attention on is the fact that all social problems (issues) are interconnected by design so that they feed on each other, and one is used to prove the other which gives the sense of reality to them. But in fact they are all bogus boogymen and anyone going after them is doing precisely what our enemy intends us to do. It's called "Controlled Opposition".
What I'm saying is that an "issue" has no solution which is unique to the issue. The large campaigns against an issue only serves to misdirect and waste our effort. That's true because the solution is always worse than the problem. It's the working of the Hegelian Dialectic of thesis, antitheses, syntheses.
This is from the book Social Disorganization.
The dialectical process consists of three stages: (1) the thesis (any phenomenon at any stage of its development); (2) the antithesis (its logical opposite or pragmatic contradiction); (3) the synthesis (the new phenomenon which has emerged from the preceding period of disorganization). A given society may thus function in apparent calm and tranquillity for generations, only to suffer a sudden and apparently inexplicable collapse. Certain forces were present in the society beneath the surface which eventually led to its disorganization and the establishment of a new order. This new order will be drastically different from the society which it superseded, but it too will be a transitory phase. Eventually a third organization of society will appear which may continue for generations. Permanent social stability will, however, never be reached in the modern world. Social change never rests. The new synthesis becomes in its turn the basis for further social change.
This can be a natural phenomenon, but in the present situation it is being done on purpose by those who want a world social revolution, and it looks like they are going to get it, because those few who care enough to do something are all doing the wrong things which plays right into this process.
We are all affected by the many problems with all social and government institutions. They manafest themselves in many ways, yet there is only one common cause which plagues the post modern world. Fighting for an issue that you feel strongly about may feel good, but name one instance where anyone has accomplished a single success which did not have strings attached to something else just as bad. An apparent success in one area merely transferes the problem to another group and it may not manafest itself for months or years.
There are four kinds of people in this world.
- There are the controllers and those who do their bidding, the social engineers work for them.
- Then we have the slumbering masses who awaken to a new world each morning, and merely adapt to the change. They are happy if the games are not interupted, and they have managed to get the bills paid again this month.
- Next there are those awakening individuals who finally snapped out of it when their own ox was gored. They are the ones who organize the issue oriented opposition groups and "write your congressman" campaigns which always fail even when they succeed (the cure is worse than the disease). These form the "Controlled Opposition" which is then managed and directed by the controllers.
- Lastly there are a few (of which I consider myself to be one), who are ernestly endeavering to clear away the fog that shrouds everything and make some sense of a larger picture which forms as the pieces of a multidimentional scene takes shape.
My analysis of the situation is that whatever the issue, it's only a small part of all that is wrong,
just another symptom. To give it a name, it is "Social Disorganization". It is an ongoing process which is at the very heart of problems in the family as an institution, government at all levels, our society as a whole, and the world at large. It is a most destructive process which has been taught in our colleges and universities and it is being used as a weapon for change. Actually, I didn't give it the name. I have some of the college textbooks from the era of the 1930's and `40's on the subject. It is all spelled out in amazing clarity and there is no mistake about it's implications. It is always presented as an informative
guide to the process of social change to better understand why it happens. However, no student could have sat through those classes and completely missed the obvious, which is that the information and theories presented may serve as a blueprint for "social engineering" programs. That is programs that are driven on purpose for social change to achieve specific objectives.
The specific objectives are all part of what they hope will be a Peaceful
Revolution, not only in this country but starting here and spreading
to the world in general. It all got under way in the fifties when the new
college graduates worked themselves into positions of influence and power.
Rock-n-Roll was a large factor, but Elvis would have been a freak show except
for the support from those who saw this as an opportunity for social change.
In retrospect, the changes which are traceable to that time and those events
are well documented. Hard Rock and the introduction of drugs came next,
along with the hippies and the flower childrens love everybody, free sex
culture. The old social order was in decay, and at this late date,
it has all but vanished from the scene.
The principles underlying social revolution were formulated by people like
Karl Marx, Georg Hegal and others in the mid nineteenth century, around the
time of the Civil War in this country. In a Goepolitical sense, that was
a period of some of the greatest change of all recorded history. As we moved
into the twentieth century, we saw great upheaval in relations among nations
and within nations. There was the Bolshivec Revolution in Russia, World War
One, then the rise of Hitler leading to WWII. In most respects, these were
all chain reaction events of the same ongoing process, which continues to
the present. The aim is to destroy the institution of the Sovereign Nation-State
and introduce a New World Social and Political Order.
The LaRouche Organization stands as one of the most notable bulwarks against
the realization of that objective, and I cannot help but admire his endurance
and courage. He may be one of the most intelligent persons of all time. He
knows as Plato, Jesus Christ, and as the Bible states that man is created in
the image of God. That we are not gods, but being made in Gods image, we
have God like characteristics, such as creative cognition, which fact sets
us distinctly apart from the animals. The teaching of evolution, which is
also traceable to the time of Marx, Hegel, et. al., has spawned a lot of
the "programs" mentioned earlier, such as environmentalism, animal rights,
equality among races, among students in a classroom, and between man and
animal, to the effect that we are all reduced to the lowest common denominator
which may be only slightly above an ape. We should understand that a significant portion
of the lesson here is on the subliminal level in our classrooms. Our young
children understand and believe that animals have as much right to exist
as people, even if it means that we have to move over to make room. This
innocent childlike understanding is not questioned, but accepted as a fact
of our existence. Those children grow up and form organizations like People
for Equal Treatment of Animals (PETA). They are convinced that the evolutionary
process is unavoidable, that it is the primary factor in the universe, that
we have to live in harmony with it or else we will all die along with all
other life and the planet itself. These beliefs lead to such programs as
"Sustainable Development" which they interpret to mean that the earths population
has to be reduced to a small fraction of what it has risen to, that productive
activity has to be limited and so on.
The concept of equality has become so deeply entrenched in society that we
should not wonder at the prospect of people actually behaving as animals.
They demonstrate very few of the Creator endowed characteristics which make
us human such as love and respect for one another. This is one extreme that
society has come to. Another, nearly opposite is the result of perhaps well
meaning individuals who wish to retain their identity as a race which is
not itself a bad thing, but failing to understand the underlying causes,
the results of their efforts are divisions which lead to class warfare in
the guise of hyphenated Americans, like African-Americans, Mexican-Americans,
Latinos, Hispanics, Cuban-Americans, Underprivileged-Americans, Poor-Americans,
Rich-Americans, on and on it goes. This is one the most destructive forces
at work, and like other social change processes, it will not stop, cannot
be stopped, until it has ran it's full course, which will end in total disaster.
I'm sorry, but I'm just not as optimistic as Mr. LaRouche. However, we do
agree on the result of the current process if it is not stopped, which is
the total collapse of the institutions of civilization as we have come to
know it.
That leads into what I see as a very plausible explanation for the events
that have taken place over the past one hundred years or so, and points to
a favorable final outcome. This is an area where I expect a lot of resistance,
because it cuts right to the heart of the matter, in the style I developed
as a successful troubleshooter of electrical system problems. In a nutshell,
what we are witnessing is nothing less than the default result of mans attempts
to govern himself. It is the realization of events foretold in the Bible
going back to the very beginning in the Garden of Eden. There are a lot of
people who would agree with me so far, but as I get to the details, I will
be pretty much alone. Our history of civilization which began with the creation
of man in God's image, and his early fall into the pit of deception, is ending
on a similar note precisely as stated at Revelation 12: 9, where it is said
that Satan is misleading the whole world. Obviously, That does not include
every single person, but it does indicate a far greater number than would
be popularly accepted within even the most liberal religions. My present
understanding leads me to the conclusion that all religion is part of this
system which is failing. God, never at any time, put his stamp of approval
on any religion. The Israelites lived under the Mosaic Law, it was not a
religion, but a government. Jesus did not start a new religion. What he did
was to illustrate by parable and example, a way of living in harmony with
the fact of our creation, and understanding of our place within it, under
God, with dominion over the earth and everything in it. Those individuals,
not organizations, who accept those terms as taught by Jesus, who
identified himself as the firstborn of creation, the only begotten son of
the living God, will be those who survive the present system. We can recognize
no leader but God, indeed we have no need of one. All that is needed is to
live as individuals, by the Universal Physical Principles established by
the Creator at the time of creation, which include those by which Jesus lived.
The element of social change has been artificially introduced by our worst enemy Satan and his hinchmen. It was done secretly against our will while we were busy with our personal persuits, and there is nothing about the process which might suggest that it can be reversed. The antitheses was introduced in the 1950's and '60's, and we are now very near to the final development of the syntheses. All avenues of redress have been closed off. Our constitution is of no effect in our courts, the election process is beyond hope, our productive jobs are gone, and the peoples ability to resist is depleted.
The only issue yet to be decided is who will lead the New World Order, (see my Factions Research), and that is one we have no voice in. We do however, have a choice whether or not we support it and if so, which one. As I am outlining in "The Deception of One-Worldism" series, there is one contender in the factions war who may not get a lot of air play, but his credentials are of the highest order, the Creator of the universe, and he has appointed his chosen one who has the right to rule over the Earth. " And in the days of these kings, the God of Heaven shall set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed. And the kingdom shall not be left to other people. It shall break in pieces and destroy all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever." — Daniel 2: 44 "A declaration of Jehovah to my Lord: Sit at My right hand, until I place Your enemies as Your footstool... The Lord at Your right hand shatters kings in the day of His anger." — Psalm 110:1,5
The key to survival is to recognize and know the truth of the present situation,
and remain above the deception that is shrouding the world in darkness and
confusion. It is an extremely difficult time, but I am of the opinion that
it will pass quickly. If we are successful, we will remain calm under the
most stressful situations, and I have faith that the proper decisions will
become apparent at the crucial moments, primarily as a function of our ability
to think clearly at those times when clear thinking will be a rare commodity.
